Terrible service department. I received an "oil change" on 1/11/24 and a month and 12 days later had to get a real oil change from a different place after I had to replace the engine intake solenoid. The real mechanic explained based on the appearance of the oil and oil filter the oil was not replaced. I've been there several times throughout my experience with them, their recommendation on additional service always change. One service they recommended me to get new brakes, I did not accept that recommendation, the next time they recommended a tune up, but the brakes were not mentioned. The service members in the lobby are rude and do not have any customer service skills. The service department as a whole has now refrain me from purchasing another vehicle from them. read more

poor dealership. was buying a car and was sent home while they worked numbers only to figure out they sold the car we were running numbers on without telling us and continued to run numbers without our consent on a lower package vehicle that we did not say we wanted. when calling to speak to sales manager we told him what happened and we're hung up on. will never do business with this company again we had previously bought 4 cars from the other central locations but central Buick gmc ruined our relationship with the company. So disappointed in this dealership. After spending 36k on a vehicle and driving it for only two years I was told that the wheel assembly wasn't part of what drives the car so it's not covered in warranty. Customer service, dependability, and loyalty is was I was looking for when purchasing my GM vehicle and I've received none of the three today. Incompetence is their specialty. If you take warranty issues there, expect your vehicle to be held hostage. My car has been there 30 hrs already for a 3 hour job...and they keep saying defective part Really...took 24 hours to discover that. They changed the oil on my truck. Left grease on door, door handle and something in the seat. I showed it to the service manager and he took paper towels and tried to clean it...kinda. Then when it wouldnt come up, he said. 'Oh, sorry bout that'. I'd rather have WalMart change my oil than you guys. Makes me rethink my future vehicle purchases. read more

They had our vehicle for 19 days..... After throwing almost $1500 in parts at my husbands truck I picked it up only to find out as soon as I turn out of the parking lot that it's having the SAME ISSUES! I went back explained that it was doing the same thing as it had been and was asked if I wanted to have it fixed..... Yes, 19 days and $1500 ago. Never take your vehicle here. They will throw parts at it, charge you out the ears and still not fix the problem. So unhappy I could scream! I will say that Mark Cobb was awesome but unfortunately he was gone when I went to pick the vehicle up. I don't know if this is how they typically conduct business but they will NEVER touch a vehicle of ours again and we most definitely would NEVER purchase a vehicle from them. read more

horrible, horrible, horrible!!! I took my GMC acadia to have the radiator checked because it was overheating. They had my vehicle for 4 days to tell me that the radiator cap leaks and they could not get it to seal so their suggestion was to get a new radiator! quoted me $800. I thought 800 is pretty steep for a radiator cap problem! finally got my car back at the very end of business day 4!!! Went directly to autozone and bought a new cap and whalla stopped leaking!!! $10 and problem solved!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

As usual, it was excellent. It had to be broken into two visits because I ended up needing new brakes. The two gentlemen who picked up and dropped off my car (a service I very much appreciate) were very courteous both times. I dealt with Spencer on the phone (never actually came in this time), and he was always cheerful (and I know how hectic that front counter can be), and he also took the time to answer some other questions I had about my car in general that were not related to the work I was having done. I don't know if you have more people working at the front now, but nearly every time I've called recently I've gotten through to a person rather than having to leave a message, which is great. I also want to comment on an unscheduled visit about a month prior. I had a tire that was suddenly extremely low late in the afternoon and brought my car by around 3:30, knowing they closed at 5 to see if they had time to check it out. They said they would look at it, but weren't sure if they had someone who could work on it. I was afraid I would have to replace it, as I've already had to with one because of a nail in the sidewall. It was a nail, but they found time to repair it by closing and didn't charge me, which I really expected to pay some kind of fee, so that's invaluable customer service, which, along with the pick-up and drop-off service, is more than worth the few dollars extra that some of the repair/maintenance services might be over taking my car to another place. Plus the fact that even though I purchased my car at that dealership 12 years ago, they treat it and me like it's a new car, which I really appreciate, as I plan to hang onto my little Vibe for many more years - as long as it remains reliable and doesn't become a money pit. read more

We went to Central to purchase an Acadia. The salesman looked at the computer and told us what the sales price would be, which was an ok price. He went to the sales manager for final approval and came back with a higher price, this went on about 2 hours. We finally said forget it we will go somewhere else. We went to Everett in Benton and bought the vehicle for more that $4000.00 less than the lowest price from Central. We took the vehicle co Central when it was time for an oil change, when I left the lot my vehicle was smoking like it was about to blow up. I quickly called back, told the gentleman what it was doing and he told me to bring it back, they had over filled the container. 2 other oil changes with no incidence, yesterday we went back to Central for an oil change, moved the vehicle this morning and there are oil leaks on the garage floor. Have tried to call Central, but no answer. We feel that using the Dealership for work such as this is the best for the warranty, but these guys need to learn how to change oil and sell a vehicle! read more
