The same vehicle a week later as stripped of a tire and entire driver door window and panel. They offered no assistance. Did not cooperate with police. Tim repeatedly yelled at me to remove my vehicle off the property with no explanation as to how my vehicle was stripped of these parts. Tim told me he knew my vehicle had been stripped days ago and instructed his employees not to inform me DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE This all happened on their business property.

To be honest, I was a little reluctant to go to this dealership in regards to all the bad reviews…read more But they had the truck I was looking for and after being out of the car market for over 15 year I had some specific requirements, so I was willing to give them a shot. I showed up at the car lot and was met by salesman, Chase Hudson. After walking around the truck, kicking the tires and looking under the hood he asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive. So off we went and I put this Titan through its paces. Since I've been driving a Jeep around, this truck was like being in a spaceship. Chase explained all the buttons, gadgets and features as I entered a new world of automotive tech. After that we went inside to run the numbers. There really wasn't much haggling, I gave a little on the Jeep and they gave a little on the Titan. All in all, I didn't steal it but I did get a fair deal and an awesome truck. The finance guy did try his best to upsell me on the warranty, so other than that the paperwork was quick and easy. I'm so stoked to be able to tow pretty much anything. My car had engine replaced due to factory recall. The dealership failed to offer a loaner or…read morereimburse me for any rental, as it was required per the recall, and court lawsuit agreement. Upon the engine replacement, I was told I needed injectors at a cost of 1,800 dollars. I told them that I knew better than to need 4 injectors at the same time. Brandon went off on me and decided to yell and talk down to me. I asked him if there was someone else I could talk to, and he said loud and clear NO. I told him to push it outside. I filed a complaint and he did call back saying "I apologize if you think my voice was offensive". When I asked him why did he say that he was the only person I could talk to, He said that was a misunderstanding. The general manager Mr. York clearly took up for his service department. I took the car to Davis Automotive in Jonesboro and they were great. It was the fuel pump, and not injectors and they could not understand why a simple scan was not done to detect the issue. They also noticed that the A/C had the freon out. When I told Mr. York this, he clearly told me that the compressor was moved to the side and that no lines were unbolted. Davis Automotive clearly explained the lines had marks on the connections showing a wrench had been used. This cost me out of pocket 1,630 dollars for the high pressure fuel pump and charging the air conditioning but that's life. It was rather shocking to me and Davis Automotive could not figure out why the fuel pump suddenly went out. My THANKS to Hyundai Corporation for the recall/engine replacement AND my thanks to Davis Automotive for fast, honest work. I am disappointed that Mr. Matt Cavenaugh never returned the phone call I had left at his office. Mr. Brandon is a hot head and rude person when offended. He should not be there in my personal opinion.
