So I contacted the dealership and asked if they could reach out me as soon as the car came in, so I could drive up and see it. Nathan was my point of contact and I'm so happy it was him. I received photos of it, and they was super flexible so I was able to drive up and view the car.I live in Memphis so it was about a 2 hour drive, so the weekend was the best option without missing work. When I arrived I was greeted right away and we took a test drive in the car I've been eyeing. Nathan was an absolute pleasure to work. This was my first time buying a car, without my parents there, and Nathan and Kyle (finance) both made me feel very comfortable. Kyle was able to answer any and all the questions I had without making me feel stupid (for anything that might have been common knowledge.) I left happy and with a new car! I highly recommend Cavenaugh Hyundai, especially if you request Nathan and Kyle!
