So I contacted the dealership and asked if they could reach out me as soon as the car came in, so I could drive up and see it. Nathan was my point of contact and I'm so happy it was him. He updated me right away when the car came in. I received photos of it, and they was super flexible so I was able to drive up and view the car.I live in Memphis so it was about a 2 hour drive, so the weekend was the best option without missing work. When I arrived I was greeted right away and we took a test drive in the car I've been eyeing. Nathan was an absolute pleasure to work. This was my first time buying a car, without my parents there, and Nathan and Kyle (finance) both made me feel very comfortable. Kyle was able to answer any and all the questions I had without making me feel stupid (for anything that might have been common knowledge.) I left happy and with a new car! I highly recommend Cavenaugh Hyundai, especially if you request Nathan and Kyle!

Thanks Nathan and Cavenaugh Hyundai!

Bought a car they claimed they knew nothing about and they told me to stay in the compound. After the cash deal I didn't make in 1 mile up the road care said cylinder over temp and went into limp mode. I dropped another 800 in mechanic bills just to drive it home. That's all cool but there wasn't a sign of life anywhere when I came back within 5 mins and wouldn't answer the phone or messages. That's not good customer service if you didn't know it was a pos you wouldn't have ran and blew me off. I would have still kept the car but they should have helped me at least get the car to a shop. If you're going to sell cars at least have some balls to respond. I'm good but what if it was a mother struggling to get a reliable car. Don't be fooled always get a mechanic to look it over.
