Within minutes he was able to diagnose the problem, He told me he would look up the cost of the part and get back to me. It wasn't 2 hours later he texted me a price. It was during this time that I realized that it was still under warranty and while on the phone with LG, was texting with Leo to ask questions. I was able to get him set up to be able to order the part from LG for free under our warranty. It took a couple days, but he stayed in contact with me and after a few days of waiting, informed that the part had arrived. We scheduled a time for him to install and he came this morning to do the job. He was quick and efficient and it was about 35 mins and the job was complete. The dishwasher sounds like it did before and we can't be happier with the job. He charged us for his time only, just as we discussed. I hope I don't have to call him again for something else broken, but if I do, won't hesitate. Also, I plan to also share his info with anyone I know who needs an appliance fixed. A true and honest repairman- so rare to find these days. Call him, you won't be disappointed!

When the technician came, he explained that there was a problem with my compressor, but the good news was that the refrigerator was still under warranty. AG Appliance Repair was kind enough to file a claim with LG, and once LG accepted the claim and mailed the parts, AG Appliance Repair came back promptly to fix it. Four Visits, Hundreds of Dollars, Still Not Fixed…read more If I could select zero stars, that would be the rating. I am very dissatisfied with Mr. Appliance. They have been to my home four separate times to repair my dryer. Each visit resulted in additional charges, yet the dryer is still not working. Every appointment came with a new explanation and another recommended fix, but none of the repairs resolved the issue. At this point, I have spent a significant amount of money with no solution and no accountability for the repeated failed repairs. After four service calls, I believe this company either lacks the expertise to properly diagnose the problem or is deliberately extending repairs to continue charging customers. Either way, the result is the same: a costly, unresolved issue. I would not recommend Mr. Appliance and strongly advise others to get a second opinion before agreeing to multiple service visits. This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and expensive. It must be a scam.
