There were multiple valves that needed replacement and drains cleaned out - old house with little plumbing maintenance in the past. Had new garbage disposal installed. Very happy with the overall quality of work. I hired Extreme Drain a second time to install a whole-house water treatment system. Again, final cost was as quoted. The new water systems very cleanly installed in basement utility room and out-of-the way; it is early yet, but the water coming out of the taps seems clearer and more refreshing. As for an estimate for the original set of jobs, other plumbers had me send pictures of the areas to be serviced, provided a general range for pricing and stated that the final price would be determined when working on the job. Pablo explained in sufficient detail what was going on and the fix needed. Extreme Drain will be my first call for future plumbing needs.

($200 service charge) HUH?? I brought the system from Binsky 7 years ago, in all accounts the system is a baby. Conveniently the parts are still under warranty but the labor is not and hence the 4k bill. The tech trying to press me that this is because i didn't buy their service plan. Really? like that would help a faulty part or labor. I will not be using Binsky for any future services.. Period. Hard stop

This was clearly not their first rodeo. Amazing, the three men quickly removed the old units both inside and out and installed the new units. They put down tarps and the area was left cleaner than when they got here! And it works. Great! I'd recommend Davis to anyone who needs to have HVAC work performed!

The answering service took the call and John called us back to get the details right away. It was not an emergency. He scheduled us for Monday. Dan and Miguel came out. Very professional, knowledgeable plumbers. As they progressed with the repair, they came and told us what they were finding and how they would repair it. They completed the task in about an hour. Also they noticed a possible other situation we may need to address and gave us the information we will need to move forward with that later. It concerns the Middlesex Water main valve. A Middlesex Water representative came out right away, to assist and let us know what he saw. That night, there was a new issue with a different bathroom that may have been related to the work they were doing. I called up, sent them a video and they came back today and fixed it.
