Yes. Yes I did look, but while looking you told me it was somewhere else. I get it, being wrong is hard but you don't need to get snarky with a customer.

I don't always need to print large promo items for work, but when I do, I head to Office Depot…read morebecause they have real people working with me to make sure I get what I want. this is so much more helpful than trying to do something online and not getting the quality or the exact thing I wanted. I get all my large format poster boards and cut outs here. Additionally, if I need to make unique labels for different promo items they have a huge array of Avery labels. I've made so many items with these and they often have a BOGO deal on them.

We wanted to find a chair in store, but the worker had to look it up and said most were delivery only. We ended up getting more help from the website finding the chair we wanted on hand at another location. It was an ok experience. It wasn't something that would keep us from returning, but I also won't go out of my way to be back.

Handed my 1 sheet of paper and asked for 75 copies... was told I would get an email when fone (I am standing at the counter in the store)... said I was waiting.. was told I was 8th in line (no one else there waiting) and the print giy didn't come in until 2pm (this is 10:30)... said I came into the store for simple copies now... he said that would be an express job and cost $7 more... Horrible customer service and business model.. Left for another store - will never do business at Office Depot again. (Went to FedEx on 72nd & Hwy 370 in Papillion- Wonderful service and was cheaper).
