Educational Outfitters ran out of our plaid skirts several weeks before school started, with a 9-12 week estimate on their arrival (this was after failing to place our whole order to begin with). Being new to Omaha, I googled Dennis just to see if there was a local store. The store manager at Dennis let me know they didn't carry our uniform locally, however she went above and beyond, looking up and ordering what we needed. The result? A week later everything arrived by mail. Lesson learned: Dennis will always be our go-to uniform store.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience when I back less than 24 hours later to return items. I was met by a very aggressive woman with glasses and a beanie. She told me she could not do anything for my boots return because I had worn them for one day, despite telling her they were super tight and hurting my ankles. She refused to call her district manager or customer service or anyone to get another opinion. She told me I needed to call customer service myself if I had an issue. She then tried to correlate my attempted return to the same as someone she dealt with prior that was arrested and in jail and tried to return the shoes with an unknown substance on them?? This woman clearly needs retrained and or removed from this position. She had ZERO empathy for my situation and seemed to be worried about a $225 return then making a customer happy. I know I am going to seriously reconsider future shopping at 5.11 because of her horrendous attitude and ability to be flexible and problem solve. I called customer service after I left the store and they immediately processed a return and refund. Wow, see there is an exception to most situations.

She always tells you what kinds of sales they are having or coming up and she also always asks you where you work so that you can get a discount if you get one! I think that's great because so far, I have not been told by my job that we get a discount there :) I love Life Uniform, not only because of the variety of scrubs they sell there, but also because it is really neat and organized in here. It makes it really easy to find stuff :)

She questioned me like a child asking had I ever worn or washed them!! Obviously they were neither worn or washed with tags still intact. I will not be back again, my previous experience was poor as well. You can barely even walk around in there with everything so jam packed. I will be going to V's from now on.
