Unfortunately, the following day I glanced at my receipt and noticed the young female scanned one of my items twice (9/13/26 - Trans: 189608 - Reg: 012). I'm glad I checked my receipt; otherwise, I would have involuntarily paid an additional $25. I can't help but wonder if this has happened to other people at this location, and how it affects this store's shrink numbers. I myself work for a small business, and understand how important inventory is, along with customer service. I hope Scheels will make this right, as I once thought Scheels was a great provider.

Anyone who has shopped for kids' cleats knows how frustrating it can get, but Rick handled everything with professionalism and kindness. After two days of searching at different places, Rick was the one who helped us finally find a pair that fit well and worked for her wide feet. The price was very competitive as well! What impressed me most was how comfortable he made the experience for my daughter. She never felt embarrassed or pressured, and Rick treated the whole situation with patience and encouragement.
