so sad to leave this review. this place used to be great. they have made some management changes…read moreand this place is horrible. i called about using some artwork that they had of ours for embroidery for special order shirts that i had. the person that does the embroidery came out and looked at shirts. she said no problem. i asked her about the material of the shirts and explained they were very expensive shirts and didnt want to ruin them..she assure me they would be ok..i picked them up, the letter is off centered by over and inch. the chest logo goes into my armpit and the material puckered and looks wrinkled. was told by Vicky Roberts that they should have never done the shirts cause that material doesnt handle any embroidery. they refunded the embroidery but left me with 4 - $90 shirts that are trash...this place will never make it with this new management.

The best? They did it in 3 days!! I couldn't believe how fast they could produce their shirts and with such quality. Of course this wouldn't happen in 3 days with 90 shirts, but a quick 10 they can knock out! The unique? It is ran by a mother and daughter who are exceptional at customer service and have a passion for the local community. The worst? Protip: Do NOT use Apple Maps to get to their location, Apple Maps keeps using the wrong address. Use the address in Google maps, on Google, or Yelp! The poor owner has been trying to fix their Apple Maps for over a year now and it keeps rerouting to the old building.

I told him I needed a camera for iPhone 16, he gave me a quote and I asked to schedule in two days time. Due to the expedited need of parts they did not have on had I paid for them over the phone and the expedited shipping. Upon arrival at the expected location (iPhone Omaha-Papillion) I found it to be permanently closed which put a little flutter in my chest hoping I hadn't somehow been scammed. I called the number back that I had scheduled through and found out that it is now Lifesaver Tech Repair and they have a different location. Upon the closing of this location the general manager, Wisdom, started his own company providing the same service I have known and learned to depend on. I jotted over to the new location near the Old Market and he fixed us up. He did inform us we needed new lenses and he had them on hand. For the work he did and the parts he provided I would say that this was an affordable option, and definitely worth it. I would highly recommend this business to anyone with tech repair needs.
