writing less than positive reviews is never fun…read more i had a package rerouted to this post office after i realized the original shipping address was incorrect. i went in today to pick it up after getting notified it was ready. they were slammed which is understandable and i'll never dock a place for being busy. the customer service i received was honestly, terrible. the lady helping me was very rude and it just kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. if i have to visit a USPS location in the future, i will probably choose a different location. i sincerely hope the USPS gets the support they deserve and i know COVID gas been hard on them, but a little kindness goes a long way! happy holidays yelpers!

Said needed to leave for 2 days to open it up, told him I just want an idea to see if was worth replacing and asked since he has done "Thousands" of these repairs, what the highest cost was? This Business Genius tells me "A Million Dollars". I told him that is F'ing crazy. So this place either does not know what they are doing or they are crooks, either way you don't want your business there. Ended up going to 2 other repair shops and both were able to give a high end estimate. Robert, your response is as ridiculous as your "Million Dollars" quote. I did not get frustrated until you gave an obviously ridiculous answer. Yeah, I shouldn't have said your answer was F'ing crazy, but no other words could describe it. Don;t worry, I found Peace when I went to a professional repair shop that had no issue answering my questions. I am sure you will also find peace as your business drops off due to your stellar customer service.

He had some pictures from Israel sitting on his desk and they were crystal clear. I had put a couple of orders in to Walmart and one was canceled. So I canceled the rest of my order which I'm glad I did otherwise I would not have stumbled upon Firespring. Luckily, I was up the street from this local business and as I walked in this place, I felt comfortable immediately. I rang the bell and Sally came out and said hello. She is incredibly friendly and gave me the steps to get my picture printed as soon as possible. I emailed my pictures and within 10 minutes I was my way home. I want to wait until my frame come to show the final result but they are gorgeous. I needed some large pictures and she did it within minutes. Not to mention she did it at a better price than Walmart. I live in Bellevue, but from now on, I will drive to Council Bluffs just to have my pictures developed by Sally and Firespring. They are amazing, always shop local. I don't even know why I go to the big chain stores. Thank you Sally
