This trip I needed a few copies of a letter. I was very pleased at the copy quality, especially of color pictures. It was far more vibrant and clear than copies we'd had made by a different copy company. It wasn't until I was in line to pay that I realized I had entered after the time they are scheduled to close. A lady in front on me thanked the clerk for serving her after hours and he just said, "If you're in line, we'll take care of you." Then I understood why the line was longer than usual, it was the rush at closing time. A customer actually entered while I was waiting, but as we were the last two they were able to close and lock the door as we exited. They obviously handle a LOT of Amazon returns! I was not aware of that development. The process seemed efficient, since even with all the folks dropping stuff off the line moved steadily. This is where I usually ship packages, and now I know where to get sharp copies made. read more

The first time I went into this store, there was a very nice young man that helped me. It was at Amazon return good customer service very polite. Also, the second time I went in same thing a different employee.. I went in on Monday and the big Burley gray-haired Bubba needs to learn what Customer service is I you don't hassle someone vintage with a disability that's trying to do the right thing and to return a package to Amazon. I found you to be extremely rude in your comments and your tone was totally unprofessional . Maybe someday you're gonna be in the same position that I am and somebody's gonna treat you poorly and maybe you'll understand. Oh boy this wasn't a great experience for me. I have nothing against UPS itself this is just about this location and the employee I dealt with. So the only reason why I needed to come here was because I got a note at my door saying they missed me for delivery and I needed to go to this specific location. So I followed their directions and went there note in hand plus my tracking number. I tell and hand this over to the employee and she grunts "did you call?" Nope I hadn't called anyone just followed the instructions to pick it up here. Then she said simply that it wasn't there. Then I pointed out that I had a tracking number she could try to use or perhaps look it up by name... she begrudgingly finally did this and still asked if I had called, why I came there and that it wasn't there... Needless to say I was very confused and kind of frustrated because what is the point of those notes left at your door telling where you can pick up your package with the things you purchased? Also why was she being so unpleasant and down right rude? It was evident that she didn't care at all about me, my package, my business, etc. So in the end I never got my package called and searched everywhere and it ended up being returned to Amazon. All of which baffled me but nothing was so crazy as how I was treated by that employee. read more

I go to this UPS location when I need to ship stuff for work and its the closest to my work location. Every time I go in, the employees are always friendly. Wish I could leave less than 1 star. There is a woman working in there who is absolutely awful. She is rude, terse, and doesn't let you speak when trying to ask questions. This is the second time I've had a situation with her and I'm over it. She did not treat me with respect in any manner. I am livid right now. That woman should absolutely NOT have a job working with people. read more

I get my mail here since in a truck driver and don't have a physical address in Omaha. The female that works in here is cool and knows her job. She needs another employee since she never gets time off besides Sunday. Price for the mailbox and having an actual physical address is good. You have 24 hours access to your mailbox if you want to pay extra for it, but don't have access to packages after hours which kind of sucks, but whatever. read more

Needed to have presentations printed. 9 PowerPoint files, 3 copies of each. Got home and found 9 copies of one, 6 copies of another and 3 missing. Called to have them correct - they still managed to mess it up. It took all of my patience to keep calm. They are just not equipped to handle being busy. I was able to take both mistakes to create corrected presentations. If you need it done correctly - go somewhere else. read more

$30 a month for a mailbox seems like a lot. But the hours are better than the post office since you have 24 box access, and this is an actual street address, so you can have UPS and FexEx deliver here. The staff is nice. The box rental is month-to-month. I keep renewing my box, so I would have to say I recommend it. read more

This is the location I usually go as it was extremely close to my house. I recently went in and it was quite the ordeal. This location charge for insurance when I did not ask for any. Additionally I shipped the exact same item that I shipped from this location that was the same weight a week later from the 84th Street location and it was $10 cheaper. Even thought it is further away I will now be going to the 84th Street location. read more

I use this location to drop off returns to Amazon and packages for work. Most of the time I have a short wait, my packages are scanned, I get my receipt and I am on my way in short order. This evening it was 15 minutes before closing and the sole employee is swamped with customers. Not a problem, I will patiently wait until it's my turn. I am not in a big hurry. In the meantime two other groups of customers walk in with documents that need to be notarized and shipped. Well, the gentleman working behind the counter finishes up with the expidited Saturday issue with the couple that was there, then scans in two carts of packages brought in by another customer who was also ahead of me. The next thing I know the employee is waiting on the group with the documents who came in after me. When I politely speak up and say, "Excuse me, I was here before they were," I get a retort from the store employee that he is in the middle of something. So I ask if I can leave my packages to be scanned even though I wanted I receipt as I have now been waiting a half hour and was completely ignored by the employee. This is why I don't use UPS for personal shipments because of this kind of treatment. I will be back with company shipments and Amazon returns because that's who they mandate we use. Maybe next time the service will be better. I suggest you have more than one employee on duty to handle the end of the day rush. read more

On Dec. 1st I had a packaged delivered to this location since I would be out of town. I get there and the store manager who is a girl has me sign for 2 packages I was picking up, only to find out she can't find one package. She begins to look around and then comes to me and says "we don't have it here" I then say "well my text and on the app shows it was delivered here" She then says to me "Do you want me to make it magically appear!" WOW....I was taken back. I said, "No, but you just had me sign for something that I didn't pickup and I would like my signature removed and I would like you to locate my package" During this time customers are coming in and she tells me then, she needed to attend to them. I was in the store for 45 minutes while the entire time I didn't even get an "I am sorry, I will do what I can to help you" or anything. I was more of a huge inconvenience to her. She also then says to me, "we get 20-45 packages at one time and we just scan a sheet once and don't scan each item, so there's no way to tell if we really got it" Wow again...who tells a customer this. It is now Dec. 19th and each time I call her store to ask what is happening she is rude and tells me she will follow-up with me and never does. I then have to call back and ask what is going on. Today I finally reached out to UPS and they were amazing and are investigating this now for me. I just got a vm from her, again no apologizes or anything tell me to to work with the shipper directly and to stop calling her store and that she was on the phone when they left that message and heard it all. I will never use that store again due to the lack of customer service skills this "manager" has. read more

Total morons work here. Mailed a package on a Friday, and started calling the following Wednesday when it still had not reached its destination. Was told that it shipped, which was a lie, it was sitting in the wrong pile of packages at the UPS Store the whole time. Took all day for them to figure this out. Will never use them again. read more
