I don't always need to print large promo items for work, but when I do, I head to Office Depot because they have real people working with me to make sure I get what I want. this is so much more helpful than trying to do something online and not getting the quality or the exact thing I wanted. I get all my large format poster boards and cut outs here. Additionally, if I need to make unique labels for different promo items they have a huge array of Avery labels. I've made so many items with these and they often have a BOGO deal on them. read more

We were shopping for a new office chair. We had a few questions and the staff did come check on us. The answers were kind of runaround in a way. We wanted to find a chair in store, but the worker had to look it up and said most were delivery only. We ended up getting more help from the website finding the chair we wanted on hand at another location. It was an ok experience. It wasn't something that would keep us from returning, but I also won't go out of my way to be back. read more

I don't normally write reviews for big box stores like this, but I had such a wonderful experience and wasn't expecting anything special. I went in looking for something specific for my home office. The employee who greeted me at the store when I walked in (CT I think) knew exactly where the item was and offered me several options, including a sale on a particular brand. He was pleasant and very helpful. So often you go into these places expecting very little, so the fact that I received excellent customer service just blew me away. This location is in an older strip mall, and the building could use a little TLC, but other than that I highly recommend it. read more

After having a horrible experience with the Office Depot/Max on Dodge a couple of days ago, I was nervous to try this location. But Assistant Manager Sherry was amazing!! She was working in the print/copy area and did a great job on my order. She kept her wits about her even when customers were trying to place orders and the phone was ringing at the same time. i was very upset with the women who was breaking my $20 into smaller bills. she was extremely rude and to be honest no help at all as all she replied back with attitude that shouldn't have been her action considering we were being polite. if she didn't want to break the $20 bill that's all she had to say. this was my first time at office depot and i will not be returning as i was not satisfied with the costumer service. read more

Pretty typical office supply store. The employees looked bored out of their minds, but were nice to us. Some of the sections were a bit messy; the planners for example. The items I saw offered tend to lean more to the "high end" side of things and I ended up not finding what I needed. This store is kind of hidden in the back next to the Dollar Tree, just follow the road around to the back. read more

Went to Office Depot 125th Center very excited to pick up a curbside order (A Rocketbook Fusion). Went inside and asked a person named SIERA where to pick up my curbsides. She pointed to an area and said where it was. She spoke FAST so I looked where she pointed. I saw nothing but office supplies. I looked back at her and before I could as again, she let out a HUGE EXASPERATED, IMPATIENT SIGH. Apparently, I'm an idiot. She pointed and said what I think was the same thing, just as fast. I told her to forget it, I'd find it myself. Their "curbside" was an unmanned cabinet with items hanging from hooks in bags. Anyone could have taken my order and walked away. No one checked to make sure it was me that took my bag. Heaven forbid Siera bother with me. I picked up a few other items and went through Siera's line (not by choice). I explained to her that I was wearing a mask because I had covid last week and could still not hear normally, especially not with her talking that fast. I told her I did not appreciate her being mean to me. She said "mmm-hmm" in a dismissive tone. I asked her if she understood that I was complaining about her. She gave me the same "mmm-hmm". I told her she didn't seem to be picking up on it. I got another "mmm-hmm". Clearly, she could care less about customers. I came in happy. Left unhappy. Was excited to pick up the package. Haven't even bothered to open the item. Still not feeling great after the week of covid and being treated like that by today's younger generation is just depressing. read more

Here's the text of a compliant message I just sent to Office Depot this morning: I feel I was not treated well by staff at this location. I had a small copy order, was waived over to self service then when that machine jammed they acted like I'd broken it. This was a simple job, copying a dozen standard size pages to slightly larger paper. The manager told me they 'couldn't do it'. He told me to take my order to Kinko's. When I called next day to speak to the manager I got someone sounding like a fifteen year old kid who offered no help, he did not even take my name or #. The guys working in the copy center are collecting a paycheck, not putting any effort into customer service. They were both standing around staring into space when I got there and resumed doing so when I left. They could put up a couple of cardboard cutouts and save the money. I've had a run of bad luck doing this lately. Some places just do not want to be bothered with small jobs like this. Really poor.. read more

I went to the Office Depot because my HP printer is not printing good. I had some questions because I only print something about once a month. There was no one on the floor to help. I finally went to customer service. The person there showed me where the replacement ink was. He asked me what colors were low. I asked, "how do you know that?" He didn't answer me. I said can I just replace the black ink cartridge since I don't do pictures etc. He said, "you can try it." He then handed me a black cartridge and said if you replace all the colors it will be $83 and walked away. There were no packages with all the colors in stock. Are they going out of business. I left without buying anything, since I was unable to get answers to my basic questions. read more

I dont even think I should have given them 1 star. It was the worst experience. I purchased a label maker today by a salesman that knew nothing. I checked out and was overcharged 3 times the amount on my visa. The clerk with no personality went to void the transaction but didnt know how to print off a reciept. I wanted one to prove that it was voided. I talked to the manager whos eye contact was that of an abused puppy, He said there was no way to print a reciept, then after a few words he decided he go and try.............He was just mad that I made him do his job. I was tempted to return my purchase but i was in a hurry and scared they would mess up the return. I should have gone to Office Max and next time I will read more
