Since they have moved to the new location on 84th St., I have been in several times and not once has anyone asked me if I need help, which I really do since I don't know the layout of the newer store like I did the old one. Pretty disappointing, and I'm not sure I will be back to this location.

They have good tools at a great price; especially when there's a sale. Other than the checkout, I haven't had any experience with asking the employees for help with anything so I can't say anything on that front, but whenever I go there, they always seem nice. I like Harbor Freight and will continue to go there to get those random tools that I need for one job at a great price.

It's just pretty expensive, but it is well-curated items that should last you. The first class I did was a macaron class! The instructor was great and answered all my questions. We also took a French cooking class, which wasn't my favorite. The food was delicious but I didn't realize how simple it would be. It may just be that I know more about cooking than I give myself credit for but I found it pretty basic. I'll return for future classes but for trickier things I haven't made at home like pasta, pastries and sushi!

After having a few bad experiences trying to get a paint match for my interior, I called up Sherwin Williams in Papillion to see if they'd help. He told me to call him back and he'll run out to grab the paint sample, a sample that was far from perfect. The customer service at this location is one of the best I've seen in a while. He told me the paint might not be a perfect match as I didn't know the brand that was used. But it dried and looks amazing. Thanks Anthony!
