I went to Ace Hardware store and spoke to the manager and such a nice gentle man he is. He took his time to attend to me like I am his own son. Apparently it was missing a screw. It took us about 45 minutes but we got it working smoothly again. So he was going to charge me 85 cents for the screw and I felt a little indebted and asked him if they were doing any charity stuff I can donate to. He said yeah we are doing bucket sales which goes to charity. And I said bet. So now I have a working fan I only spent $5.91 to fix. What a rewarding moment it was for me in that store. I pray and wish him such goodwill and grace in life that he may find favor and obtain mercy in God's eyes.

Since they have moved to the new location on 84th St., I have been in several times and not once has anyone asked me if I need help, which I really do since I don't know the layout of the newer store like I did the old one. We also took a French cooking class, which wasn't my favorite. The food was delicious but I didn't realize how simple it would be.
