The design and products are creative, and she made sure that the furnishings flowed in our newly open design and captured my vision for the space. The Fluff team transformed the bedroom for a little girl fighting brain cancer. They went above and beyond to create this healing oasis for Nora. Nora's dream room included a space for her American Girl Dolls to sleep and space to do crafts. Nora has been fighting cancer for 4 years and has spent a lot of time isolated at home. This new healing oasis that Fluff created couldn't be more perfect! In the words of our recipient's mom: "Nora was just in awe of her room when she opened the door. She has a smile from ear to ear the entire time. I was so excited to see the photos that Fluff took because I could not see her face. The face in her picture with the door opening is something I honestly haven't seen before. She was so surprised and so in love with everything. For the rest of us, I was shocked when the door opened. It was SO HARD not to peek throughout the week but we stayed strong. I could not believe it. Tears came to my eyes and I was just so excited. I have visited Lee Douglas designs twice in the last six weeks looking for a cabinet for my living…read moreroom. Both times people in the store completely ignored me until I indicated I wanted to make a purchase. I purchased a cabinet for $2300 a week ago and again I had to go and ask for help. Behavior like this I could understand if they were busy but I was the only one in there. I needed to have the item delivered so $110.00 later delivery was scheduled. My cabinet was delivered on time by two very courteous men. I haven't heard anything from the sales person to see if everything was correct. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone nor will I be shopping there in the future.

Lee Douglas Interiors memorialized our request and selection in writing with the 'granite' product in our 'Countertop Selections'. Instead, marble countertops were installed, contrary to our request for granite selection due to an apparent incorrect identified countertop product. Being in the design business, Lee Douglas Interiors have the expertise to identify the difference between granite and marble. We attempted to discuss the issues with Lee Douglas Interiors to no avail.

At the Loft we were referred to Lee Douglas, "if you love us, step next door to our sister company and be amazed". So we walked around the corner and into an amazingly well set up space. Usually furniture stores are wide open spaces with scads of couches, chairs etc that one has to pull their creativity together. At Lee Douglas they stage furniture that provides a homey comfort feel. The furniture is beautiful and unique. Clients do have the opportunity to customize with the wide variety of fabrics, colors and they have wallpaper. The real gem is with Brenda!! She was fabulous!! She has a warm greeting meeting us as we walked in. Asked great questions and shared some wonderful guidance. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is that we haven't actually purchased anything yet to assess the quality after some use. However I wouldn't hesitate to buy my next piece from them! Recommend you stop in and ask for Brenda. She won't disappoint!!

Hired Andre's move-in/move-out cleaning service to do a full house clean off of the website…read moreThumbtack. He provided an extremely reasonable quote that was below some other cleaning services and stuck to it. The house had some pretty filthy areas, especially in the fridge, oven, light fixtures and around the door frames. Everything was cleaned expertly. The fridge and oven were even pulled out and cleaned completely inside and out. The grime was nowhere to be seen once they were done. Andre even managed to get the hard water stains off of the fridge water dispenser. For a little extra, they shampooed the carpet for the entire house, which is most of the house, and applied Scotchgard to all of it. There was nothing that I asked for to be cleaned that was left dirty. The only thing that wasn't cleaned were underside of the window and sliding door tracks, but I didn't ask about those and I think that's pretty understandable. Andre and his son were friendly and professional, and I highly recommend them for any major cleaning service you need.

The appliances were in a pitiful state - so dirty that I was concerned my husband would form a permanent prejudice against the beautiful house I just bought. Andre was completely sympathetic. He scheduled a near-instant appointment, arrived spot on time, and delivered service beyond my very exacting expectations. Confession: I am a diva with impossibly high standards. Andre exceeded them.
