I get there at 8 when the store opened and my order was ready - magic! Right when I walked in, someone asked what I needed and how they could help. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Guy says go to the print services because they call when it's up front. I go to print services. They say it's up front and help me find it up front. Guy up front says "Did you look?" sarcastically. Yes. Yes I did look, but while looking you told me it was somewhere else. I get it, being wrong is hard but you don't need to get snarky with a customer.

Depending on the time of day you may have to wait, but if I do midday, I'm in and out. They also have the types of paper I need for different projects, and despite Amazon, nothing beats needing something and being able to get it same day.

The only downside that I would have to say is that I came here expecting to do curbside pick up but after waiting 10 minutes in the parking lot I just went inside and got my order immediately. I'm not sure how they are notified by curbside pick up orders, but I would suggest that they check that more often. Other than that, it was a good experience. I was also very appreciative of the thank you note inside the bag thanking me for choosing them. It was very sweet!
