Took my dog here 3 times . First two times was okay , their attitude is literally horrible and i was so sweet, both women always appear irritated or bothered , no matter how nice you are , last time i sent my dog, he came out genuinely shaking and scared ( he's gotten over 40 plus grooms never happend ) And they informed me he peed , which he's also never done , after this, at any sudden movement or like you raising your voice the slightest he would pee in the house and he's FULLY POTTY TRAINED FOR OVER A YEAR, I felt so bad i didn't send him to grooming for a while , because clearly something they did affected him , i took him to my old groomer today that's done him over 20 times , and they told me as soon as they brung out the ear hair pullers ( not sure of the name ) he started shaking and peed before he could even be touched with them, keep in mind he's gotten his ears plucked before paws and clawz so easily even by me!! do not send your dog here they clearly are aggressive you can just tell by their tone , attitude and just overall persona. read more

I have 3 cats that get their nails trimmed here often. I love this place because they've shown nothing but love, care, attentiveness, kindness, and respect to my babies. The mother-daughter team answered my questions and understood my concerns. They had our pups finished within two hours! Less time for our old babies = less stress on them. This is by far the best place I've been to! I have a very scared high anxiety dog and he has been turned down by Petco, and pet smart because of his fear. They tried so hard! They couldn't do all of it but they tried sooo hard. They took a lot off and they were able to cut his nails with no problems. They gave us a recommended plan of action and they were so helpful!!!! I had been searching for a groomer. I am a new dog owner and was nervous about the whole grooming process. I have heard/read some awful testimonies about grooming experiences. I knew as soon as I spoke to the woman from Pawz & Clawz, this was the place I would be sending my pup. The wait for an appointment was a bit lengthy so make sure to plan ahead. I had to wait about 2 wks for an apt. They said it was b/c holiday time was approaching. They are a small business with great personality. As soon as you walk in, they are welcoming and it feels cozy. Though its a bit loud they keep all the animals calm and relaxed. They came around to greet my pup and me, looked her over discussed what i wanted. I just wanted her cut short and cleaned. I basically said do whatever you need to do, it is her first grooming since I adopted her. Parking was not an issue. They knew who I was when I came back for my pup, which was comforting. The single drawback is that, they are cash only. But hey this is only a draw back b/c I only carry my debit card w/ me. They called about 3 hours later, they had a packed house and they alerted me ahead of time it might be a bit longer. I came by for her and they apologized that it was so loud for her today! She looks great! Smells like a freshly powdered baby butt!!! She was perfect! And still herself, no behavioral backlashes etc, that I have heard that happen to other pups after visiting the groomers. Even though I have heard about other groomers in the area that are cheaper, I feel they are well worth their pricing! read more

We brought our dog in yesterday for a bath and nail clipping and I was delighted with the experience. Our Riggy is a rescue and is still quite skittish so we were a little anxious about leaving her. The owner quickly put us at ease and all worked out wonderfully. Great service that is very reasonably priced, I absolutely recommend this business. read more

worst attitudes I've ever seen ! Been taking my dog there for over a year and I asking myself why ! Loved th cuts honestly but the attitude is a bit too much for me !
