I was going to order on Chewy.com because they have good prices, but anything under $50 had a shipping fee, and I didn't want to order big bags each time. I went onto Fromm's site and it listed Hollywood Feed as an approved vendor and there was one right down the road from me! The employees are very knowledgeable about the dog food and also very helpful in answering any questions you may have. The store is very small, a fraction of the size of Petsmart, but they are also very restrictive of the brands they carry, only carrying the best brands ;) Any food or treats I purchase in this store I feel very good about feeding my furbaby, knowing he is getting only the best.

For whatever reason, they always have a difficult time with the price on these. The box was labeled at $86 and she rang it up and the total came out as $103. I asked why it was so much more and she said it was the tax which was a lie. So that's the first problem. Why lie to me? I explained the math and she was condescending and rude, told me I could take it or leave it, wouldn't let me finish my sentences or anything. I did have an important call come in during check out when she was trying to help me (Dr appointment) that I needed to schedule that took maybe 20 seconds and she said that was rude of me - even though I apologized and there was no one else in the store to assist. When I told her that I'm not going to get the treats - even though I really wanted to for my dogs because of the service, she just kept saying "ok bye", "bye", "bye" as I was walking out. I've been to this location so many times that I've lost count but I'll have to find a new place for the simple fact that I would be totally uncomfortable running into this same employee....

Every detail was clearly done with precision and pride. What really sets them apart, though, is the genuine passion they have for animals. They took the time to ask about my dog's personality, preferences, and any sensitivities before getting started. That personal touch made a big difference. One inside of his ear and another on his inner leg. I expected a tidy trim but he had been completely shaved from belly button down and his entire tail hair had been cut off into a stub instead of trimmed. The groomer nor front desk associate mentioned anything and when I called to speak with management, I was told they would call back. It's now been 2 days with no returned call or concern for their negligence. $170 later and my dog has an uneven and unattractive underbelly and backside, shorter ear fluff (when we never asked for this to be cut) and trauma from being nicked in the process. For the price you can go somewhere that will actually care for your fur baby and communicate when things don't go as planned.

I went to her with my dog who needs training and left with my dog who still needs training and my trauma from her disgusting disturb-ness. This is a warning to all of the public. Update February 4, 2026: I am uploading the original graphic photo Lisa sent and her recent message to my mother. While Lisa claims the review is "defaming," she admits in her text that she "should never have attached that photo". My mother and I were BOTH disturbed by the photo which we talked to Erin about and she said that she would talk to Lisa about the situation. To clarify her other points: I am the owner of the dog and was the primary student. Because I was 17 when classes began, the paperwork was under my mother's name, but I turned 18 during our training. Lisa was well aware of the fact that I am the dog's owner and I was the one who signed up for the class. My presence in the group chat was necessary as the dog's owner. Furthermore, her "accommodation" of my volleyball schedule was a basic professional courtesy for a paid service, not an excuse for the trauma caused by her lack of boundaries. My dog is highly trainable and made more progress with a different trainer in one hour than with Lisa in weeks. This warning remains for the public: professional training should not come with graphic, unsolicited images. I will update this again soon. We are still awaiting a response from management that was sent on December 20, 2025. After we got the initial text from Lisa on December 20, 2025, we did NOT respond, but only communicated with the manager-on-duty, Erin. BOTH my mother AND I blocked her immediately. My mother came across Lisa's blocked message today, February 6, 2026 that was dated January 27, 2026. We both feel harassed with her messaging us after this incident.
