The next day we were leaving for vacation and all my dogs seemed like they were okay. Our 3 year old Frenchie still was off. First night away a dog sitter told me the Frenchie still wasn't acting right and that she was shaking. Hours later she couldn't walk. Frenchies are prone to Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD) this we know. But our Frenchie is barely 3 and has never had any issues ever. Had to be rushed to a surgeon and they had to do surgery. Her hind legs are paralyzed. We called Woof Gang and spoke to a manager and they said they viewed the camera and spoke to the groomer and they claimed nothing happened. The surgeon said she had either jumped or fallen from something high or was hit by a car. We also noticed one of her nails wasn't trimmed at all, which to me seems like something possibly happened and they stopped and kenneled her. Another review on here said their dogs were shaking when they went to get them groomed there and they had a bad experience. Something is up with this place. There is no need to take even a chance of them hurting your dog. Just be safe and go somewhere else!

Not only does he woof (no pun intended =P) it down but his coat is super shiny and he digests it better than he did Blue Buffalo... no more doggy gas! My mom also tried this with her Shi Tzu that has a very sensitive stomach and he loves it too and hasn't had nearly the stomach upsets that he once had. We tried the cat food too and our fat cat is on the "lite" version and he's actually doing a lot better than he was. Besides the food being awesome the buying and delivery process was easy and fast, Gary was super nice and on top of it with our delivery. We saw him walk by on accident a few times and avoiding the bird, which is pretty comical. The store was busy and had a few dogs there due to the free photo op with "Santa". My bird got his picture taken but I never received the email with the photo. I am glad I took a picture with my phone while it was happening or I wouldn't have anything. I might have inputted my email wrong in the iPad but there was no way to double check it. My bird loves looking at the toys and fish at PetSmart. It's always fun to take him for an outing.
