The next day we were leaving for vacation and all my dogs seemed like they were okay. Our 3 year old Frenchie still was off. First night away a dog sitter told me the Frenchie still wasn't acting right and that she was shaking. Hours later she couldn't walk. Frenchies are prone to Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD) this we know. But our Frenchie is barely 3 and has never had any issues ever. Had to be rushed to a surgeon and they had to do surgery. Her hind legs are paralyzed. We called Woof Gang and spoke to a manager and they said they viewed the camera and spoke to the groomer and they claimed nothing happened. The surgeon said she had either jumped or fallen from something high or was hit by a car. We also noticed one of her nails wasn't trimmed at all, which to me seems like something possibly happened and they stopped and kenneled her. Another review on here said their dogs were shaking when they went to get them groomed there and they had a bad experience. Something is up with this place. There is no need to take even a chance of them hurting your dog. Just be safe and go somewhere else!

This…read moreweekend I went in and I couldn't believe how disgusting the Betta cups were on display for sale. Those poor Bettas. If you zoon in the photo you can see that a lot of them were in very cloudy gross water and were moving slowly. And I also counted two that were dead. There was one floating sideways in one cup, and another on the bottom in another. It was so bad that I complained. The employees basically laughed at me for it. I told the girl at the register that she could laugh all she wanted but those conditions weren't right. The manager came up and started telling me that they change the water twice a week and they were changing it that day. It was after 2pm on a Sunday. The way the employees looked at me, I highly doubt they were changing anything. Then he took me to the cups and asked me to show him the dead fish. I could not find those cups. Sure would have been easy for them to remove those cups while I was checking out and complaining. I'm taking my business elsewhere and will not use them again. I have no problem with the Bettas being in cups and on display for sale. I do have problems with being cruel. And this is cruel. I will also be complaining to Corporate.

The owners, Evan and Sue, are very friendly and knowledgeable about the animals Tim their store. We came in to buy a bearded dragon, but walked away with a snake! Sue spent more than half an hour just talking to us, letting us handle the snakes and answering the myriad of questions we threw at her. She put us at ease and we walked away confident that we can have a happy pet snake. They stock mice as well, so we picked up a few for feed. I'm definitely coming back for any reptile pet needs or questions.

She greeted me by informing me that my dog's appointment was not until 10:30 a.m., plus there were four other dogs ahead of him. She got up to check him in, because he had to have his vacinnations verified. I received the call to pick him up around 2:00 p.m. His cut was horrific, and I did not noticed he smelled until we got him into the car. His coat was uneven. It appeared he was cut without a bath. It didn't even appear that the hair from his cut was combed out. I will never bring him back here again. I remember when this place had standards. I brought my baby here for the first time one and a half years ago and the person who cut him was new. The first cut was free because she was in training. I thought she did a superb job with him, but after she took pictures to submit to her trainer, she gave me a call to bring him back in at no charge to do a redo. Unfortunately, I moved from the area shortly after and that groomer is no longer there. I was told when I booked that Brandy was experienced and had a skill for cutting Golden Doodles. This cut will be her last on him. He was cut unevenly, stinked, and looked at hot mess. I paid over $89 for this mess, plus I tipped her. Save your money.

I booked an appointment to take my first dog in, explained what I wanted and they said "no problem, we'll ask you again upon drop off ". When taking him to his appointment I reiterated what I wanted. My husband had to pick him up, it didn't occur to me to make sure he knew to double check the cut was right. When they got home, I realized they only took 1/2 inch off instead of taking him down to a 1/2 inch, so his hair was way too long. I called about a week later (confirmed it was too long to, was trying to just live with it). I mentioned it when making an appointment for another dog hoping that giving them more business but letting them know the mix up would encourage them to fix it. He's itty bitty so an extra inch+ makes a huge difference, and he's missing teeth so he's a messy eater. I also mentioned it when taking dog #2 in... nothing. No offer to fix it, no discount, out $150 before the tip on two yorkies. Pretty disappointed, had they offered to correct the link, we'd keep going, because both boys came back happy, I just won't pay 20% over what we had been at the vet and gamble having to do it so soon again.
