She greeted me by informing me that my dog's appointment was not until 10:30 a.m., plus there were four other dogs ahead of him. The time was 9:45 a.m. I smiled and said, "I am aware of his appointment time, but I need to check him in before 10:30 or I will not be able to honor the appointment." She got up to check him in, because he had to have his vacinnations verified. I received the call to pick him up around 2:00 p.m. His cut was horrific, and I did not noticed he smelled until we got him into the car. His coat was uneven. It appeared he was cut without a bath. It didn't even appear that the hair from his cut was combed out. I will never bring him back here again. I remember when this place had standards. I brought my baby here for the first time one and a half years ago and the person who cut him was new. The first cut was free because she was in training. I thought she did a superb job with him, but after she took pictures to submit to her trainer, she gave me a call to bring him back in at no charge to do a redo. Unfortunately, I moved from the area shortly after and that groomer is no longer there. I was told when I booked that Brandy was experienced and had a skill for cutting Golden Doodles. This cut will be her last on him. He was cut unevenly, stinked, and looked at hot mess. I paid over $89 for this mess, plus I tipped her. Save your money.

Ended up leaving with nothing. Second time going to this location the same thing happened as I was getting a Beta fish. I asked the employee about a filter for our tank and all she proceeded to tell me is how my fish would die in a 1.5 gallon tank - I never asked her about the fish. Only the filters. It was the same employee both times and honestly her attitude is beyond rude. We bought the fish anyway and have had no problems. Will not return to this location.

She proceeded to look me dead in the eye and lock the doors. I couldn't believe it, we are in the middle of a pandemic with a failing economy. You would think they would be welcoming customers, especially after being without a job during the month long closures. The parking lot is deserted as always, this location was never very popular and on its way to closing it's doors already. Maybe it's time to reevaluate your staff before you are forced to close your doors forever. P.S. I would have been in and out with-in 5 minutes.

So i didnt catch that it had caught ich. Wiped out some of the weaker small fish and 3 gourami in my tank. I called the location and advise them thet there is ich in their tanks. Managers were aware and they had treated all fish tanks. They also told me they are making sure that all new fish are treated on arrival. Diana told me that they will make things right for me wednesday. I am impressed they owned up to a mistake that was not solely theirs.

When I scheduled an appointment for his first professional nail grind a few months ago I was unsure of how it was going to go Desiree, one of the groomers was very reassuring and allowed me to stay with my dog while she did his nails in the Self Bathe area.
