She proceeded to look me dead in the eye and lock the doors. I couldn't believe it, we are in the middle of a pandemic with a failing economy. You would think they would be welcoming customers, especially after being without a job during the month long closures. The parking lot is deserted as always, this location was never very popular and on its way to closing it's doors already. Managers were aware and they had treated all fish tanks. They also told me they are making sure that all new fish are treated on arrival. Diana told me that they will make things right for me wednesday. I am impressed they owned up to a mistake that was not solely theirs.

Despite that, another customer was taken back before me. I waited 15 minutes, but I had to be somewhere by 9:30, so I ultimately had to leave. The issue was with how the appointment was handled. The other customer had two Chihuahuas, and one was not properly secured. When the groomer tried to pick it up, it fell out of the harness, which was concerning to watch. I want to clarify that this was not the groomer's fault at all. This location continues to have issues. During my last visit, they tried to charge me $29.99 for a cake that was $9.99. I had to show the manager which cake I had purchased, and she corrected the employee. I was not charged the incorrect amount. Between that and appointment times not being honored, this is becoming a pattern that is very frustrating. I expected better from Pet Supplies Plus and will be taking my business elsewhere.
