I saw someone cleaning which I understand but the staff walked out and locked the door behind her. She kinda gave a rude look. They were suppose to be open according to the schedule. Do better guys, some people come just to visit with the cats through the cages. That's how I've adopted two already in previous years. Can't you clean before visiting time or after. And if not clean but don't just leave to do other things around the store and lock the door behind you. More interactions more adoptions. We will follow visiting hours but those doors better be open when it's our time to interact.

They also have things for other pets, like birds and fish. But the main thing is that they have a huge variety of Fussie Cat food , both dry and wet food. This is what kitty loves to eat right now, and this brand isn't sold everywhere. The wet food "in goat milk" is a winner. Regular price is pretty good, and they also go on sale frequently. They don't seem to have a lot of staff present, and that's fine since there aren't a lot of customers in the store. If nobody is at the register when you're ready to check out, just squeeze the chicken to let them know. There's never a long wait to check out.

That did not work for me, so I started checking availability within 50 miles.... San Bruno came up. When I got there Jade greeted us and listened to my dog concerns. She recommended the Soothe & Repair add on and I'm really happy we did it. After an hour I got a call that my dog was ready for pick up. When I got there, she was in a kennel all cleaned up and Jade was jumping around and I could see my dog happily mimicking her. Jade was wonderful and helpful. She seems like she likes her job or just really likes dogs :-). My dogs skin was less irritable and she was not scratching for at least 2 weeks. .....Today, we went to another Petco closer to home and were not pleased at all! We will be making the trip across the bridge from now on.

I've also gotten some tips on OTC stuff I can give me cats when they have some respiratory stuff happening (L-Lysine FYI) and it seemed to help! One of my girls has issues and doing great.
