MISHKA is one of my favorite dog boutiques in San Francisco! I stop in whenever I'm in the area, and it's impossible to leave empty-handed. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, and the treats are always a hit. The boutique itself is beautiful, and the photo-op spaces are such a fun touch. I even picked up Stewie's birthday cake here last year (photos included), and he absolutely loved it. Whether you're shopping for treats, toys, or something special for your pup, MISHKA is definitely worth a visit! read more

LOVE this shop! I ordered a birthday cake for my dog, Matcha & she LOVED it! I was easily able to place the order over the phone for the hibiscus heart-shaped beef-flavored cake, then was sent a link to a payment portal. When I went to pick up the cake, I liked how cute/clean the shop was & friendly service. There were some treats on display in the case which were so cute. I was also surprised that there was the "Happy Birthday" sign on the bottom, I didn't think it was included so a nice surprise. The cake was bigger in-person than I thought & heavy. My dog LOVEDDD the cake, I had to stop her from trying to eat the entire cake in the first sitting. It is definitely on the pricey side but you can tell by how much your dogs it by the way they really enjoy it. I can't wait to come back for treats & special occasions! read more

Kiki has officially found her new favorite treats, which means I'll have to keep working to fund her snack habit! This adorable boutique pet shop creates beautiful dog treats made from pâté and naturally colored vegetable glazes. The vibrant colors come from wholesome ingredients like coconut, carrot, spinach, beet, golden beet, and purple sweet potato. All the ingredients are fresh, simple, and clean. In my mind, I picture Kiki delicately enjoying these gourmet treats with her pinky paw raised in the air. In reality? She inhales them in about three seconds flat. They also have some cute photo ops in the store! For fellow pet parents, Mishka is absolutely worth a visit. Parking in the area can be challenging, but we got lucky and snagged a spot right in front of the store when someone pulled out as we arrived on a Sunday. Sometimes the parking gods are on your side! read more

Worth a stop when visiting SF to get some treat as this store is super unique. The ingredients are fresh and my dog loved it. Parking is so bad in the area though. I would have someone wait in the car while you and the pup run in. read more

Every year I take Jax here and to Dogue for his bday. This year, they had the most beautiful flower bday cake, I had to get it for him! $40 but anything for my bestest boy! He happily chows down on all the flavors here. Highly recommend folks take their dogs here. It's a big place - I wish they had selections for dog toys and clothes, not just treats. Looking forward to check out the bike tour sometime read more

My dog Mila was having a bad day because her doggie sister was away on a trip with her Mom and I knew I had to get her something special to cheer her up. I was in the Marina on a Saturday late morning, and had heard of Mishka from my colleague, and decided to give them a try. Upon entering, we were greeted by one of the workers who was kind enough to offer Mila some treats. First one she tried giving, Mila refused, probably because it had fruits and veggies, but when offered a more meaty treat, she gobbled that one up with a quickness. Is she a picky eater? Yup, just like her pops lol We ultimately decided to go with one of their lamb cake things that was in the shape of a pineapple, which was $16. We went to a nearby park, and Mila ate that thing with a quickness. It was a soft texture, kind of gelatinous texture, which was easy for her to eat. No stomach issues after, so that's a win all around. The presentation of the dog treats and snacks in the store is one of the nicest I've seen for a dog store. Definitely got the boutique vibes. Turns out they have a private back area that you can rent for parties, which is something we'll keep in mind next time Mila's bday comes around. read more

My fur baby loves this place so much! Each year, I get him a birthday cake from Mishka, and he gets so excited when he sees the box. He can pretty much devour the whole cake within minutes! My little furry also loves their meatballs, beef, and chicken jerky. Everything at Mishka is made with great quality ingredients.

This is the spot for picky pups. I spent the past few years practicing with different dogs in the neighborhood before getting my own. I was shocked to find out that not every dog loves food. The lamb jerky has become a semi-staple food topper (I cut it up into smaller pieces with kitchen shears). My own pup loved the meatballs and liver treats! read more

The way that my fur baby's eyes light up the second he smells Mishka... is indescribable. He just knows it's something special. Mishka cakes are made with organic ingredients and the details are absolute quality. The cakes smell yummy and I've honestly been super curious about them since I've started getting treats from there for my babes. I'm not going to try them.. I promise. Since I've discovered Mishka in 2021, I've been a returning customer since. **Disclaimer, not all treats shown in photos are from Mishka. Some are from Le Marcel (located down the street), Petco, Pet Food Express, some home made, etc!** read more

Mishka provided a magical experience for a recent pup wedding. Yes I said a pup wedding. The staff provided a custom lamb cake with our color scheme and dog faces. But they didn't just do a cake, the staff was so thrilled and involved that it was like they were part of the event. They went above and beyond to help us bring smiles to faces of our community and raise money for MuttVille and the SFSPCA. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! Even though I don't have a dog of my own yet, I proudly claim the role of "favorite auntie," and this is my go-to place for spoiling every pup in my life. Their creations are truly next level, beautiful, artistic, and almost too stunning to give away (almost). I've even requested custom colors for cakes, and their team has always been incredibly kind and accommodating, bringing my vision to life with such care and enthusiasm. But beyond how gorgeous everything looks, what really makes Mishka special is how much dogs love their treats. These aren't just visually impressive, they're genuinely irresistible. I've brought their goodies to dogs recovering from surgery and even cancer treatments, and it's amazing to see the immediate joy and excitement they bring. Even pups who have been feeling unwell suddenly perk up with a renewed appetite and energy. You can truly tell that every product is made with high quality, gentle ingredients, and most importantly, a whole lot of heart. The love and intention behind what they do shows with every happy wagging tail. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would! ( ^_^ ) read more

We love Mishka Dog Boutique! I typically don't write reviews on my pup's behalf but this boutique is a place we often frequent and I speak highly of to other paw-rents and friends. I learned about Mishka before even welcoming Mae into my life. Seeing their beautiful cakes and other goodies, I knew I would want to treat her here. The wonderful and helpful in-person customer service, sweet communication on Instagram, and genuine hospitality always have us coming back, plus how much Mae loves their cakes and gets excited seeing the purple box! Mishka has two locations, this one is their flagship in the Marina. The inside is quite spacious with a display case of their cakes and other goodies plus discounted ones. There's also a cute photo op and clothes. Being their bigger store, you can also book their private party room! The workers are all so kind, accommodating, always answering my questions, and giving Mae a little treat! These are truly the best quality, fresh, and most natural cakes you can splurge on your fur baby in the Bay. The cakes are all human-grade with no preservatives. It's impressive how beautifully each is crafted and on the inside, it's more of a pâté consistency. Paw-rents can choose the protein of choice (beef, lamb, chicken, and turkey). Whenever I pass through this location, I'll pick up a Mishka Cake. For Mae who's a toy breed and 15lbs, the smaller cake is enough for four portions. Though she'd probably eat it all in one sitting. We've also ordered the Large Birthday Cake which was a hit! We enjoyed sharing Mishka at Mae's birthday party with all her fur-iends. I can't speak highly of Mishka and will always be a loyal customer. We look forward to continuing to patronize their boutique. The Marina location is on Union St. just look for the shiny exterior. Parking is street only or in the neighborhood. Xoxo @lil.love.pug read more

Very cute upscale little dog confectionery. This is definitely a splurge for your doggie child. I splurged on my girl this year for her 5th birthday and got a beautiful little cake. First visit to this adorable shop that serves beautiful dog cakes, treats and stylish dog outfits too! There's also cute cat items as well. We were offered samples and our doggies gobbled them then refused to leave the counter so of course we had to get them a take away cake! This is our pup's fourth birthday and we continue to be impressed by the quality of Mishka cakes. Everything we brought is not only delicious (judging from his jumping up-and-down enthusiasm) but also aesthetically pleasing (see my latest photos of these cakes). Whether it's a birthday or just because, we have been coming in on occasion to get Biko some cakes and candies (that's what they call the little cakes) and oh it's always a winner. Mishka uses human grade & natural ingredients, so it's good for your dog. I'm so tempted to taste them myself. Haha, I wouldn't, but so tempted. I love how beautiful and detailed they make each cake, too. Mishka Dog Boutique has been a place of comfort, joy, and kindness for me and my beloved Darla. We celebrated her 13th birthday at their beautifully set‑up dog venue, and it was such a meaningful day -- full of warmth, laughter, and the pure happiness she always brought to us. The space was arranged with so much care, making the celebration feel truly special. That day has become one of my most cherished memories. Not long after, we lost Darla, and my heart has been heavy. During this difficult time, Olia showed us an incredible amount of support and compassion. Her kindness, patience, and genuine love for animals made a painful moment feel a little lighter. I will always be grateful for the way she cared for us and honored Darla's memory. Thank you, Mishka Dog Boutique, for giving us a place where Darla was celebrated and loved. We love Mishka! Their products are pure gold and pure decadence for your 4-legged baby! My boxer rescue with a sensitive tummy devours these cakes like nothing else. They even make her tummy feel better. These are now a regular treat for birthdays and special occasions. We have always had a superior experience, whether in store or online. The designs are on the level of French patisserie (or better!). You won't believe your eyes when you open the box (or you may want to eat them yourself). They are truly a piece of art. I walked by this place all the time and finally decided to treat my dog to something bourgeois for his birthday. They have some incredibly intricate designs for dog cakes.. I probably enjoyed looking at it more than he enjoyed eating it! Maybe not though, he scarfed it down in two minutes. It was $22 for the small cake I got, so be sure to take photos of your pup eating it. The one I got was lamb liver flavored. I will admit I tried some of it myself and it didn't taste like liver to me, but hey it's for the dog to judge! read more
