He was still yelling. The man grooming him had headphones on. He was tan colored. I couldn't see is face. He was holding this poor dogs leg out 45 degrees out and buzzing him. The poor dog was in pain. I told the girl at the register. She didn't say anything. I said again that the dog was crying I said I felt bad. I said he shouldn't be holding his leg like that. When they had it in the system bc it was the second time I went there. Then when they finally took my puppy they told me that cindy was going to be my groomer, and she was awful. She was eating Fritos and didn't even bother to wash her hands to grab my puppy. SHE IS HORRIBLE. My puppy looked exactly the same as when I left her, she didn't even cut her nails, I couldn't even see her eyes. Like I said HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Definitely not coming back here again. Pls don't let CINDY groom your puppy with the Frito hands.
