Paw Hana Supply Co. is a great local pet store with a big selection of the best healthy, organic, and natural food and treats for dogs and cats. It's locally owned and family operated, and they are so warm and friendly. I live in Kaimuki, so it's a bit of a trek to their store in Aiea, but they do local delivery and have a great website with their entire inventory available for purchase online, which is awesome for just checking pricing and a step up from most other small, local pet stores' websites that usually only list the brands they carry and not the specific products or prices. Also great for lazy people and online shopping addicts like me, and it was especially awesome when they provided FREE no-contact delivery to my doorstep during the COVID-19 Stay-At-Home lockdown (still currently free delivery from Ewa to Hawaii Kai through June 2020, FYI!). Came here for a valentines event for doggies. It's so nice to see that there's businesses out there looking out for the dog parents too cause dogs want to have fun just like your human child that gets to go along with you everywhere. Anyway, for a dog event the spacing is a little small so if you have a dog that's anti social it might be a little rough to get around all the dogs that could be in the store. Otherwise, on a normal non event day, this place should be perfectly fine. They have treats, food, toys, etc ... everything that your dog may need or want. Mostly want. They're located in aiea in a warehouse area adjacent to where shiros is on the other side of the street, except keep driving past the guards and further down and it's right there somewhere lol! Sorry! I'm not great with directions so use a gps lol! I also inquired about a dog party in which they could do. They prefer Sundays and a minimum of $50 worth of any items that you could use as party favors. Which isn't too shabby. The people that owns the shop is super friendly and was very welcoming. So this store has always been a source of high quality food and snacks. But throw in Kaylee and Opihi and service is now super friendly and helpful too! This is the only place I buy my dog's raw food about every week and a half, and every time Opihi, the sweetest pit mix ever lets my 15 lbs of cray-cray chase her around. Sometimes I catch a promotion from Primal or grab a new local raw food maker's food. I have choices. I also love their simple, locally made beef snacks for my small dog. The jerky is hard enough to give my dog some fight so she take 10 seconds instead of 5 to eat it and it is a nice breakable size, again so she doesn't wolf the entire thing down in 10 seconds. Plus I know it is simple ingredients and freshly made! I load up on this stuff. I have also bought shampoo for my sensitive pup, an engraved dog tag (which my dog has never had) and a cute collar charm. I love the events put together for the doggies too because the sweetest and friendliest dogs all come out and get along. I attended the crowded Christmas event where there was only one "exchange of words" while I was there. All the dog-loving owners were all understanding of these types of social situations and pretty much no one batted an eye except for the responsible owners of the dogs involved who quickly corrected their dogs. Paw Hana is my new favorite local pet supply store. What I wanted to make sure is very clear about this shop is that they are locally owned and what makes their Jerky Treats so unique is they make it here in Honolulu (process meats and bake all on island) the freshest treats for your beloved dog. Personally my dog LOVES these treats. When we run out of it, I swear you can see how sad he is. Staff is also extremely knowledgeable with what kind of products they sell and how they benefit your pet in different ways. We've never looked at feeding our dog wet foods or even that freezedried foods existed (oblivious to the world lol), but after speaking with the lovely staff at Paw Hana we had to go with some Primal Liver and Turkey Freeze Dried Food mixed with Acana Paleo Formula dry dog food. Gus absolutely loves his food and eats every bit. We spoil him a little by adding some bone broth instead of water which gives just that extra kick to his food. Side note, for those that are interested in learning more or trying CBD treats for their dogs/cats, Paw Hana sells them and can definitely help you find what you need. I've heard stories of how CBD has helped dogs with illnesses ease their pain. If you love your pet, you'll want to look these guys up! read more

We first came to this store for a dog event. Since then, my dogs enjoy coming here for a Sunday drive and a walk around the buildings. It's so much fun for the dogs and myself. This shop is truly a spot where all the pups want to hang. The variety of products they carry is unbelievable. From raw food, treats, collars, accessories, shampoos, even doggie life vest and many more! They have their very own in house treats they make, which my lab Lola absolutely loved. Tons of different bones and treats made of all different ingredient/protein based. My American Bulldog is allergic to all poultry and it was very easy to find him loads of different things to satisfy his cravings. The first time(wont be the last) we came to this shop was for a friend's pups 3rd birthday party! This made an amazing venue for all the dogs to socialize and the owners as well. Our new favorite local pet supply store! The location is so convenient (especially for those of us living in central Oahu) and there is ample parking. We were impressed by the range of quality products they carry...everything for dogs of all ages. From glucosamine treats to specialty shampoos, they even have the cutest little photo area where you can snap pics of your pet. They were also gracious enough to offer the use of their store for my friends' birthday party for her pup, which was a huge hit! It was so much fun to see all of our dogs together and celebrate in a comfortable environment. The owners (and their shop dog Opihi!) were so incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful it really made it easy for us to enjoy the party and also find exactly what we needed for our own puppy. Great store! We went there looking for the Fromm brand as a gift for my friend's dog. We couldn't find it in any other store on the island until we came here! They ended up having different sizes and flavors that we weren't expecting to find. Everything was well organized, easily accessible, and the customer service was great.
