Paw Hana Supply Co. 100% Beef Crispy Doggie Treats and Primal Goat Milk (delivered to my doorstep for FREE during COVID lockdown!)

Paw Hana Supply Co. is a great local pet store with a big selection of the best healthy, organic, and natural food and treats for dogs and cats. It's locally owned and family operated, and they are so warm and friendly. I live in Kaimuki, so it's a bit of a trek to their store in Aiea, but they do local delivery and have a great website with their entire inventory available for purchase online, which is awesome for just checking pricing and a step up from most other small, local pet stores' websites that usually only list the brands they carry and not the specific products or prices. Also great for lazy people and online shopping addicts like me, and it was especially awesome when they provided FREE no-contact delivery to my doorstep during the COVID-19 Stay-At-Home lockdown (still currently free delivery from Ewa to Hawaii Kai through June 2020, FYI!). My dogs go crazy for their Paw Hana Supply Co.-brand handmade in Hawaii 100% beef Crispy Doggie Treats. Much cronch. 2 paws up.

Came here for a valentines event for doggies. It's so nice to see that there's businesses out there looking out for the dog parents too cause dogs want to have fun just like your human child that gets to go along with you everywhere. Anyway, for a dog event the spacing is a little small so if you have a dog that's anti social it might be a little rough to get around all the dogs that could be in the store. Otherwise, on a normal non event day, this place should be perfectly fine. They have treats, food, toys, etc ... everything that your dog may need or want. Mostly want. They're located in aiea in a warehouse area adjacent to where shiros is on the other side of the street, except keep driving past the guards and further down and it's right there somewhere lol! Sorry! I'm not great with directions so use a gps lol! I also inquired about a dog party in which they could do. They prefer Sundays and a minimum of $50 worth of any items that you could use as party favors. Which isn't too shabby. The people that owns the shop is super friendly and was very welcoming. My pupper always grabs attention cause he doesn't look like the normal doxie. But hay what can I say he's a handsome boy ;)

Wow wow wow!!! Love this store!!! It's now called Paw Hana I think but the sign outside is still Crazy Canine Our dogs eat raw food, and this is the closest plate that had goat milk!!! They have a RAW food in the freezer, snacks, every dog food made I think, leashes, clothes, everything you could possibly need. Amazing service on top of all their products makes this my "go to" pet store! B

Paw Hana is my new favorite local pet supply store. What I wanted to make sure is very clear about this shop is that they are locally owned and what makes their Jerky Treats so unique is they make it here in Honolulu (process meats and bake all on island) the freshest treats for your beloved dog. Personally my dog LOVES these treats. When we run out of it, I swear you can see how sad he is. Staff is also extremely knowledgeable with what kind of products they sell and how they benefit your pet in different ways. We've never looked at feeding our dog wet foods or even that freezedried foods existed (oblivious to the world lol), but after speaking with the lovely staff at Paw Hana we had to go with some Primal Liver and Turkey Freeze Dried Food mixed with Acana Paleo Formula dry dog food. Gus absolutely loves his food and eats every bit. We spoil him a little by adding some bone broth instead of water which gives just that extra kick to his food. Side note, for those that are interested in learning more or trying CBD treats for their dogs/cats, Paw Hana sells them and can definitely help you find what you need. I've heard stories of how CBD has helped dogs with illnesses ease their pain. If you love your pet, you'll want to look these guys up!

Originally known as crazy canine, new owner Kaylee has taken over and renamed the store. Still same great products at reasonable prices and great service. Kaylee has done a great job of remodeling the inside of the store to look more open and modern. Love what she has done. It seems as if every time I go in, something has been redone. Great store for all your pet needs and conveniently located in waimalu on Hekaha st.

I've been bringing my baby girl Lily to Rayy for grooming for a couple of years now! She is…read morefantastic and very pet friendly, and we will miss her when we move soon. Our Lily girl is high anxiety and Rayy's confidence helps Lily know that she is safe, and keeping to our routine of about every 6-8 weeks has truly helped our pup. Every time we come in, she takes every client one on one and treats them as the best and like only dog in the world! It's especially comforting being a pittie mom, with the unfortunate constant stigma! Sales staff have also been very friendly when I come by for treats, food and toys for any occasion! The morning crew seems to work very hard, and through that effort, they manage to always help me when I need it. I hope our next home has staff as helpful and supportive!

This was a disappointing visit. I scheduled an appointment for 12:30 PM to have my two Frenchies…read moregroomed. When I called ahead, I specifically asked if there were any requirements or documentation needed, and I was told no because Hawaii does not require rabies documentation. When I arrived, they asked if my dog had any allergies, and I explained that he does not, but he does experience seizures occasionally. The woman at the counter with long hair and a ponytail spoke with the manager, and I was then informed they could not groom him because of the seizures. They asked if he was on medication, which he is, and whether the seizures were triggered by noise, which they are not. I explained they only happen every few months. While I understand policies are policies and I did not argue their decision, it was frustrating to find this out only after arriving for the appointment. The manager did provide me with a recommendation for another groomer, which I appreciated. The manager answered my questions and gave me options for types of trimmers that I could use at home. However, the customer service afterward was what truly disappointed me. I mentioned I no longer wanted my other dog groomed but was interested in purchasing nail trimmers. The manager asked an employee to assist me. The employee walked away, and I followed her, but then lost sight of where she went. I eventually found her sitting at the front of the store waiting for someone else to bring the item. When she finally acknowledged me, she simply said, "Oh, I'm waiting for them to bring it to me." The issue was not the wait itself, it was the lack of communication. I was left standing there confused, having to look for the employee, only to find her sitting down without ever telling me what was going on. Overall, this experience could have been handled much better with clearer communication and stronger customer service.

I think it's a bit less species variety overall than maybe the fish shops in Kalihi and the aquarium concepts shop nearby in mapunapuna, but a bit more selection of fancy guppies at the same time. The big-brain flower horns, discus, some display tanks, and axolotls were a cool surprise. Some of the resident loaches were huge, especially the albino dojo near the front! Too bad I forgot to take a photo. That thing must be like a foot long and a decade old, and maybe as thick around as a portuguese sausage. Huge hump of fatty muscle along its back. I'd been wanting to check this place out! It definitely is a little cramped and cluttered looking inside and the smell is a little strong, but not too bad. There was a long-gone hollow goldfish staring at the sky, that gave me small-kine jump scare when I squat down to look at a tank. It was just randomly drying out at the bottom of a bucket in the aisles, which was, uh... anyways. I wanted to know more about an unlabeled and unpriced freshwater plant that somewhat resembles seaweed, so the buff dude grabbed a handful to show to the cashier lady at the front. The buff dude was attentive and personable throughout my visit, and did his best to answer questions about the fish, which I appreciated. The cashier lady though, she mumbled a name but I don't think she knew the plant that well and didn't write it down either. What she was somehow very sure about was the price, lol... just plainly stated the price for a clump is $7.99, though the tank of plants above it were organized in much neater clumps, and advertised at $5.99 each. Not only that, she had to step down from the cashier box to get her hands wet, and manually separate the handful of plant that the man grabbed. Started as a healthy, natural looking clump that would fit nicely in an 8 oz container, and she tore it in half. So, now it's small enough that it fits in the palm of your hand! Did she think to wash her hands first after handling cash and coins all morning? Nahh... But she was very insistent to him that he was definitely (and arbitrarily) holding two clumps, not one! She knew I wanted to buy it, and I'd already got a few pricier fish in my cart, so I guess she felt I could afford to cough up an extra few bucks. Yeah can, just don't think that I don't notice the grubbing... Business goes on as usual. I needed to get on with my errands that morning and eh, the shop has some local mom-and-pop vibes so I gave it a pass.

Just wanted to know if you guys have rabbits for sale and how much need one for my son asapread more
