We hired him to paint our 3 bed, 2 bath house, and they completely transformed our home into a beautiful white that we love. Gilbert was extremely professional from start to finish. My husband was painting our garage, and they even took the time to give him some tips and teach him a few things, which we really appreciated. Gilbert also went ABOVE AND BEYOND the painting itself. He helped us move cabinets that were hanging above our kitchen peninsula to another area of the kitchen, removed a bathroom vanity. He really is a jack of all trades and was incredibly helpful throughout our renovation. His pricing was very fair, and he even connected us with other contacts when we needed help with things outside of his scope. We would absolutely hire him again. Very nice guy, very accommodating. We got everything settled over the phone and through email and he went over to Home Depot and picked up the stone tile a friend and I had chosen. Went over to the house the first day he was there and was very impressed with his helper and with the way they were organizing the work. I hadn't even realized that the tile had a slight pattern that could be matched up or not. He had laid out two samples of tile showing the different ways it could be placed: either a random pattern, or matched up. I wouldn't even have noticed that there was a difference in the way the tile was placed, but once he set up two samples, the subtlety was visible. Happy to have this guy doing my floors. Very reputable and dependable.

We recently completed a major remodel with TNT Design and Build, and now that everything is…read morefinished, we're very happy with the result. The kitchen and primary bathroom were the biggest transformations, but the new staircase and tile work on the risers are probably what grab you first when you walk into the house. The quality of the finished work really shows. Austin was an excellent project manager and had a lot to coordinate on a pretty involved project across multiple trades. Tabo and others did excellent plumbing work, including some fairly complicated changes with our Brizo shower and bath fixtures. Armando and others handled the electrical work, including getting our Lutron Caseta lighting set up throughout the house. Ivan and Juan Carlos did beautiful, artistic tile and masonry work, including the fireplace, which is one of the highlights of the remodel. Dakota did expert fabrication and installation of our Taj Mahal quartzite and large-format porcelain slabs, and Damian and David built and stained a beautiful new staircase that completely changed the entrance to our home. The tile work, stairs, fireplace, plumbing, and stonework are all areas where the craftsmanship really stands out. Austin was always kind, patient, and positive, even when there were problems to work through. His personality is honestly tailor-made for project management, and he was good at pushing things in the right direction without creating unnecessary drama. There were a few points where things were moving slower than expected and I reached out to the owner to help grease the skids, which helped get things moving again. Austin was also very good about addressing things he knew bothered us, no matter how small. The biggest area for improvement was the schedule. The project took a bit longer than we expected, and for a project this involved, I think more realistic milestones and completion targets could have been established up front and updated along the way. There were stretches where we were guessing when certain things would actually be finished. My advice to anyone starting a large remodel would be to ask a lot of questions about the schedule at the beginning, get realistic milestones clearly defined, and then be patient. Having worked with other contractors in the past, we know some of this is just part of remodeling, and I think TNT managed it much better than others we've worked with before. That said, remodeling is ultimately about what you're left with when everyone is gone, and we're extremely happy with what TNT built for us. The workmanship made it worth the wait, and we would absolutely recommend them to someone who puts quality ahead of rushing through a job. I'd much prefer the former than the latter!

All the positive reviews John had plus the years he had in business was a big factor. They lived up to their positive reviews and then some. 3. It is quite obvious from the start that John and Jacob know their stuff. I started out with questions that were easily answered and solved. 4. Jacob's installation of glass tiles around my curved glass vent cover was amazing. I kept wondering how he would do it and if he could. I was blown away see his finished work. 7. The master bath work is top notch, with work by his subs Hugo and Pepe absolutely outstanding. Same is true for the master backsplash, a very complicated glass tile impeccably installed. The kitchen tile is beautiful, although not up to the bathroom standard because it was done mostly by a second tile team, not yet up to the "A" team standards, but ok nonetheless. Josh, the planning and sales side of the business, is very knowledgeable on the front end but hard to contact after the project is underway. He has low tolerance for changes, shows up intermittently, and in the end just wants to be done and move on. Lisa, the business end, is cordial, but has a very short fuse. We had damage done to our bathroom walls during demo, which josh indicated might happen. But that damage cost us an additional $1300 to fix, using a contractor Lisa recommended and trusts. I expected a little damage, but not that much. Josh and Lisa were both offended when we asked if they would be willing to share part of the cost. Offended may be too mild a word. Belligerent might be a better word. So here's my advice if you use these guys. Pay very close attention. Get everything in writing. Expect significant resistance to changes or modifications. After I saw how good he was, I hired him for a Second much bigger job that was a complete demo of my kitchen and full remodel, including cabinets, countertops, etc. The end result was better than I ever dreamed. Here's what makes Dmb stand out from the rest. Dan was refreshingly transparent and honest with ALL aspects of my project. No BS. Once into the project, he suggested a couple of changes from the original plan that greatly enhanced the final look of my kitchen. He also convinced me to change my countertop product to a less expensive material that would be easier to upkeep and still look great. Saved me several thousand dollars on that one! I liked communicating with Dan because he is first and foremost a professional, explains things clearly (sometimes over and over for me to fully comprehend), and is so patient and kind hearted. During the entire process, he often said he wanted me to be happy with the results of any decision I made and he would do whatever it took to make that happen. When I became anxious, he would patiently reiterate my choices and help guide me to what the final result would look like. That helped me make decisions that I ultimately loved. And his crew is fantastic. He has assembled a skilled team of guys who emulate many of the same caring characteristics that Dan possesses. His prices are reasonable--he's not cheap nor is he out of the ballpark expensive. He consistently maintained a cost conscious approach towards me as his customer.
