What a cute place to hangout while waiting to board the plane. Alexis took excellent care of us! She suggested the southwest egg rolls and told us of their specials. Not incredibly fast bar service, but my chicken caesar did come out quickly and was quite good. The red wine was good and the bartender was attentive after I was initially served. The food is pretty standard overpriced airport fare. Decent happy hour specials if you're waiting for a flight. Jason however does go above and beyond for his tables. Food was good and quick as well as reasonable. However the service was terrible, when I arrived I was seated quickly no problem a seat I could use the plug. The man that seated me was good. There were very few people in the place at this time. The waitress Suzanne was slow to come over I order a sprite with very little ice ( I think she was upset because I had to call her over) when my sprite arrived glass was full of ice and very little sprite. I placed my order which came with sauce when I got the container of sauce it was only 1/2 full, I had to ask for more. I was polite and concerned she may do something to it. After eating she came over and I asked for another glass of sprite. The whole time I was there she leaned on the counter talking and sparingly checked on customers that were arriving. When she returned with the glass of sprite there was less ice as requested, however the glass was less than 3/4 filled. Literally the laziest managing I have seen in the SEVEN YEARS I've worked in the service industry. Stood there for 10 minutes with my toddler to be told by a host that they are no longer open in the dining but the bar would be open. She kindly told us we could do take out. IT WAS 5:30 in the afternoon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THATS RIDICULOUS. First it was his responsibility to inform the public. Second if you can do take out and bar, we can come sit in the dining room. The management must be extremely lazy, they won't seat more than 4 tables at a time and their excuse is they don't have enough servers. All the other restaurants have servers and are packing people in, so it less a problem of hiring than it is the way the manager treats his employees. He came out and growled at the hostess about already having three orders up, which is nothing. This place needs a new manager. read more
