First off, they squeezed us in because we have a photo shoot coming up for the holidays and our pup was hairy to say the least. The owner, Joanie was so accommodating. She was also reassuring to my husband who was a little anxious about our dogs first grooming. Both her and the groomer took extra care of our 4 month old puppy and you can feel the love they have for all their dogs. They're amazing! Our puppy looked like a new dog in the best way, and they somehow managed to get him to wear a bandana. It's a miracle!

Moreover, we had a couple of horrible grooming experiences that left him traumatized. When I contacted K9 to book an appointment I was told there was a wait because everything was booked out. I didn't mind waiting since I realized its because they are good. Melinda was in touch with me and let me know the soonest availability. She asked for my dog's medical records and I submitted all of that right away. She was very understanding and patient. From the first time contacting her I realized that she had a big heart and I was not wrong!! When I picked up my dog after the grooming he was happy and playful -whaaat?! Usually I am ready for him being upset and devastated, but not after K9! Also Melinda was such a sweetheart to be updating me on their progress during the grooming. But what is also valuable there is that my dog was not shaved, they listened fo what I asked and gave him a very good haircut. I'm very happy with the place and I will always be their customer!

My dogs used to eat a brand that is now discontinued and I was on the hunt for a new, well priced bag of dog food that I can count on. My visits to Petco were a waste of time- as everything they had was a small selection and overpriced. I was pleasantly surprised at how wide a selection K9 has. And how big the store is! As stated before- I expected only fancy dog food, but they carry everything. I was easily able to find a bag of good dog food that didn't break the bank. And just like that- they've got my business! In addition to finding exactly what I needed- I was very happy at the dog treat pricing. Spoiling my dogs always felt like a once in a while thing- but K9 has definitely changed that. Service was also very friendly which is a nice button on everything.
