Avoid, my brother took our puppies here recently and will never come back here. My dogs looked nothing like what I showed them. Their haircuts are blotchy and unevenly cut. One of them are completely shaved down. The other they took some much off from the too of his head but left the sides untouched. Theirs stomached are full of uneven patches. Their nails were cut incorrectly and are now very sharp. I'm not happy with this at all. I wouldn't recommend bringing your dogs here if you care about them. I should have known when they called saying my dogs were ready in an hour and half for 2 dogs that something was off! Anywhere else takes atleast 3 to 4 hours. I now have to wait months for their hair to grow back so it can be corrected elsewhere. *UPDATE* - in reply to the owner's response on Google, which was completely unprofessional. My dogs look nothing like what I showed you. I'm confused as to what you're even talking about, my review is based on exactly how I saw my dogs haircuts, horrible. I wouldn't have trusted you to correct it. I left good tip because I come from a service based industry not because you did a great job. Thank you for your passive aggressive reply. I am extremely angry at the owner of this business. This is the third time we have taken our Pom to her for grooming, and although we have never had any real issue with their services, today, changed that entirely! We are always very adamant about her tail being cut, trimmed or any other form of alteration. The groomer admitted it was her mistake, and in no way or form did I blame her defensive attitude for our poms alopecia. However, the inability to accept responsibility, or even offer a solution to the fact that SHE DID NOT FOLLOW direction, knowing that we already have an issue with her hair growth. I was less than kind for very obvious reasons! I would never hang up on a paying customer, especially since I screwed up! I will be reporting this business to the Better a business Bureau, and if need be file a small claim at small claims court! The owners lack of professionalism, lack of being able to actively listen to a very valid complaint, and inability to take her emotion out of the situation is not only a blemish on her business but on her person! Really disappointed in our last appointment here and it really saddens me to write this review because Gus truly looked terrific after his previous appointments here. Our puppy has - or should I say had - a beautiful fluffy coat. My husband and I wanted our pup's hair to just be a tad shorter. We did NOT want our puppy shaved. Well what we got was a shaved dog. I love this place. I used to take my elderly dog, all the way til her end of life, because she did very well here. My pup hated other groomers- got nervous, the shakes, tried to escape. She did not do much of that here. They were always gentle with her and very understanding of her. They were careful in their mannerisms while grooming her and also she had a hurt hip and they were sure to be gentle there as well. Easy to book. Local owner and business. I came here for a groom once or twice when my dog's primary groomers were closed. I was nervous as my dog has a double coat (Shetland Sheepdog) , but she did a great job. From my understanding, Sandra herself groomed my dog. Their hours don't really work for me and I have a primary groomer, but I really do recommend this place as a close second! The only thing I would change is a better messaging/booking system. Prices are more than fair and they also sell products there. read more

I have tried 5 groomers in the last year and a half, and was never fully satisfied with the haircut my shitzu got. I came in, asked for a trimming only with scissors, leave my dog as fluffy and possible, I asked for my infamous signatures "poodle feet" on gizmo, which is extra close trimming of the paws, and she did everything exactly how I wanted! I had a long time trying to find a good groomer for my Zeus until finally my son found Fog Friendly Grooms! I was afraid that they would not leave my puppy how I wanted. Today I took Zeus for the first to Sandra and her team. Sandra told my son & me you can leave come back in about an hour and a half or you may hang out , well my son & I decided to wait . I just wanted to share my experience since I am always the type to research a place via yelp reviews before coming in. I went here years ago with my old dog and had an amazing experience with grooming and nail trimming. Now that its 2023 I wanted to check the reviews and ofcourse our dogs are like our children, and upon reading it all I went to go for nail trims for my two italian greyhounds. I made Sandra aware my girl Sage had two surgeries on her right leg and is extreeeeemely anxious, nervous and her foot is super fragile she always lifts the leg still. She greeted me and sat down with my dogs before the nail trim, listened to what I had to say and took them to the back and had a lady help her to hold Sage. No screams or cries from neither pup - success! (they whined at home whenever I tried to do it). All in all, great experience! Dont let someones one bad review discourage you from coming in !
