Do not bring your dogs here. Many of these good reviews are old and they have since changed owners to a woman named Renata. I brought my dogs here and informed them that one of them was coming off of being in heat. She said she understood. She leaves the dogs unsupervised with other dogs in a play pen a the front. My dog was impregnated, which was terrible given she was not even a year old yet. She had never been left alone or even played with boy dogs before this. My vet also gave me a good timeline after the ultrasound, estimating up to the very week she was impregnated, which was the week she went in for grooming. We had to do an emergency c-section and it cost almost 3,000 dollars. When I informed Renata she at first made jokes saying she'd help me take care of the puppies. When I informed her that I wanted her to pay for at least half of the emergency surgery she then suddenly had doubts it happened at her shop. She said she would provide me with video footage proving the dogs were supervised, which she never produced. She said she would show me proof she had no unspayed males that day, which she also never produced. When I finally threatened legal action she asked me to meet her at her shop, she gave me 500 dollars in cash and offered free grooming, but claimed she was doing all of that out of the goodness of her heart but not because she was at fault. Of course I never brought my dogs back to her again. I took the money and did not sue only because she cried about how her husband was sick and that she barely had her rent money. I believe in karma so I let it go. But other people should know what happened. She did not even do a good job grooming my dogs. read more

I was desperate to get my 4 month old Maltichon groomed since we had rescued him. I called around, and Loving Tails said I could bring him in one hour (after I emailed his vaccination history). I was really nervous to leave him alone in a place he's never been to before (he has separation anxiety) but as soon as he walked in he immediately fell in love with the groomer. She took the time to recommend what the best option would be for his first time groom. She also gave me recommendation on what food to feed him to prevent tear stains. 1 hour and 15 minutes later, I pick up my baby and he looks incredible!!! I was so worried he would have gotten hurt (after reading so many groomer horror stories) or that he would be extremely sad, but he was super happy! He was so relaxed in the groomer's arms. They did such an incredible job, and I cannot recommend them enough!! read more

I've had dogs my whole life and this is the best grooming place I've encountered! From the minute we walked in my dog, Cali, was relaxed and happy. She usually gets very nervous when I leave her but she couldn't care less that I was leaving, she was just happy playing and getting attention from Marlene. Her cut was exactly how I wanted it and Cali was still relaxed and happy when I picked her up. I cannot recommend this place enough! Today was our first visit to The Loving Tails Spa. We have a Bichon Frise, a hairy guy named Little Dude. He was in serious need of grooming. We found Linda to be friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in every way. A great way to be introduced to a new business. Also, the place was very clean. We, and Little Dude, feel happy with our new choice of groomer. They did a great job grooming the dog, and we will continue using The Loving Tails Spa. This review is long overdue! My pup Miso has been going to daycare at Loving Tails for the past 10 months. Belinda walks the dogs and runs the shop and her daughter is the groomer. Both of them take such good care of the dogs. There are a few regulars every day and it feels like a little family. Miso is always so happy when she goes there and Belinda always picks her up and drops her off with a big smile. Miso also gets groomed there and always looks and smells so nice after. They're great!! I didn't have an appointment but was able to take my dog in the same day. They were extremely welcoming and asked the perfect questions to make sure my dog was groomed correctly. The groomer also has a very calm demeanor which allowed my dog to be calm as well. It took 2 hours and my dog came out looking great! Oh my goodness, Pepper is soooooo happy with her haircut! She looks so pretty! I called and they were able to take her same day, which was awesome. We've been bringing our Yorkie poo here for years. Never have we been unsatisfied. We had a little misunderstanding recently and it was taken care of immediately. I think it's important to point out customer service as well when reviewing a business. I love the way my dog is groomed usually, but after dealing with a small misunderstanding, the proper way, I decided to make sure people knew what good business practices these people run as well. I just left there now and I have to say, they are extremely good there. They took care of my German Shepard like it was there own, sky was not scared leaving there and didn't seem scared at all in general when I walked in, so I know they were gentle and good with her. There was an older lady in the front who I think was the owner, she was very knowledgeable about the right food to feed sky and gave me little pointers here and there about a few things. Too early to tell still so I'll leave this at 4 stars. I asked for my dog to be shaved completely and she did so within two hours. I never ask for anything more complicated than a shave down to 1/2 inch so I can't comment on dog hairstyles. They are extremely new to the area and in a place that doesn't see much traffic but, they are closer than my groomer and cheaper too. And a perk of them being so new, I brought my dog in for full grooming five minutes after speaking to them. My dog ran in happily and came out looking and smelling like new! read more
