He was allergic to a treat that was given to him once and they kept a notation in his chart to not give him any treats. I appreciate this attention to detail. They love dogs over here. We're simple and not high maintenance people... Prices also went up this past few visits, from $115 to $140/$160, dog is 30-35lbs, and we go every 6-8 weeks... 1- our dogs been cut on his pee shaft twice, straight line with the clippers, first time we let it go, healed on its own... second time we mentioned it, dog ended up getting a yucky infection. accidents happen, that's cool. Some ointment from Vet and dog was good to go, little annoying/time consuming at first, finding a Vet then driving out there etc... and we had to try and deal with their insurance company at first. they ended up covering the vet bill with a store credit. 2- Handful of times, nails were not trimmed/clipped. fine, so we specifically mentioned to cut nails on next trip... maybe a paw or two hair wasn't cut like the others, ok, it'll grow back.... No big deal, not end of world. Little annoying 3- last recent trip, dog was shaking head and scratching, assumed it was just irritation/bother since they usually do ear cleaning/trim ear hair, when I finally checked, probably 6 days later, his right ear was nasty, not cleane/red, stunk and infected. Sent them the pics and asked if ear hygiene is part of the full package, they didn't recall... and said, they would cover an ear cleaning elsewhere but no longer able to service our dog going forward. Sure, okay! Dog diet, snacks and environment no changes.... All good, I guess they have enough clients now... we are moving on, lesson learned going fwd- don't rush out and check your dog before leaving the establishment! In search of a new groomer now

The owner is absolutely lovely and my dog loves him and the staff. My dog is shiny as is and when he leaves there he is gleaming! He is treated with so much care and love and the owner always takes his time to chat with us and provide feedback on caring at home etc. I've never seen my dog leave a grooming session so happy and trust me - he hates baths! She has cut his whole back half plus his ears and front feet, plus he got a bottom half bath - never thought he would let anyone else touch him! Larissa is so careful with him; everything is slow, he gets lots of treats for smelling the scissors and letting her snip, smell and snip, very slow. We go in together and get the job done. When one has a pet like mine, finding partners in his care is essential to securing his future. We have a regular vet, a behavior vet, a KPA certified trainer, and now Larissa, who helps us ensure our boy doesn't look like a little ragamuffin like he did when we rescued him, and helps us teach him not all humans are mean and can actually be really helpful. My baby has only been with me for almost eight weeks..however, been to this amazing salon three times with each end result created brilliantly with perfection and patience. just can't say enough about this small establishment which I am ever so grateful I found. These people harmed and abused my cat. I don't have the words to express how beyond furious,…read moreheartbroken, and in shock I feel. Last week I took my cat here to be bathed and groomed because she smelled like urine really bad after being at the emergency vet. I asked them if they were able to provide her services while keeping in mind that SHE HAD JUST LEFT THE EMERGENCY VET A FEW DAYS AGO, and would need them to be extremely gentle and careful with her, especially her mouth area. They said that yes, they would be able to, and not to worry. They proceed to tell me that services will be done in about 1.5-2 hours. Well, 2.5 hours pass and I hear nothing from them. I call and they tell me that "soap had gotten in her mouth and she vomited" and that she's still not ready to be picked up. She isn't ready to be picked up until closing time, which is already 3 hours at that point. So I pick her up and go home. When home, I see that: 1. She is bleeding from the side of her mouth/face. 2.THREE of her nails had been cut bluntly and so much so that they were bleeding. complete neglect and lack of care & attention, ESPECIALLY from a professional. (Also see photos--I have a video too if interested) 3.She can hardly open her eyes and when she does, her eyes start ROLLING BACK INTO HER HEAD and some skin membrane starts to show and cover part of her eyes (see photos-- plus have a video of this too) 4.She STILL smelled like urine and there were parts of her fur that were still sticky not properly cleaned. 5.She was shaking and looked so sick and unwell Lastly, the most concerning part of this all was that before these people abused and traumatized her, she was starting to get back to her normal self. She was eating a lot, running around, and asking for pets. After the visit, she became extremely lethargic, wouldn't eat, and her health just went super downhill. I contacted them and didn't hear anything back until I had to call a second time. The manager texted me asking to send photos of her by email and I did send both photos and video. They never got back to me. I just saw a review left 3 weeks ago by Nikki Held saying they mutilated her pet and the company responded saying they have implemented "stricter protocols" and regret their "lapses in communication". This is obviously false and this same exact thing is happening with me. Lastly!!! According to what so many other ppl are saying here, a lot of these good reviews are due to the fact that they spam you for reviews in return for a discount. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I am still waiting for a refund of what I paid. And whoever the groomer is that did this to my cat MUST be fired. If you experience(d) anything similar please feel free to contact me, as I am in the middle of speaking to my attorney.
