Sorry, I'm not traveling from Manhattan to Queens to show you how to use your phone. I hope you get your payment but what a terrible post grooming experience and subpar grooming! And on top of not having a fixed price depending on the size of your dog. My dog would ALWAYS come out TERRIFIED from this place; shaking and crying. And everytime we would pass by this grooming spot on our walks since we live around the neighborhood, my dog would stop walking and start pulling away because he thought I was taking him there. At first I thought it was because my dog disliked getting groomed, but wrong. Not sure what goes behind closed doors, but after some time enough was enough and never ever took my baby here again. I took my dog here to simply get his nails cut, and he came out with bruises. The guy initially…read moredenied it happened there, then he said my dog must have bumped his head(and face and neck) while he was restrained on the table. He said it was common when dogs move around too much. I guess it's weird that my dog doesn't like getting his nails cut, such an uncommon behavior. It's unacceptable, no apology or nothing. I messaged a friend who has his own grooming business, and his said that the bruises should never have happened, and it's not common for dogs to get them while getting their nails cut. My dog was in there for maybe 5 min, and came out looking beat up and scared. I'm going to post some photos I took a few minutes after we left the groomers, and a couple I took after I gave him a bath.

I called and was able to get an grooming appointment for my boo, Milo within the week which was great. Most places have a longer scheduling period. My appointment was at 9AM and we were the first one to get service. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Their facility was very clean and animal friendly. Of course, my sweet Milo cried and didn't want to stay and I was concerned he would be difficult during his grooming. I was asked how I wanted his cut and informed them. I was told to return within 2 to 3 hours. Honestly, I was a bit anxious as a fairly new pet owner leaving my young dog. LOL I returned 3 hours later and my sweet Milo was chilling in the crate looking dapper and fine. I saw the groomer taking care of another dog and she was very patient and attentive. The groomer stated Milo was a "good" boy and just nervous during the grooming session, whew. This was one of the best grooming's he's had and very affordable. I will definitely bring Milo back for some TLC.
