I WISH I could leave a review with 0 stars because they don't deserve even one! After reading the reviews I was iffy about this place but decided to still give them a try since they are close to home. WORST mistake of my life my dog was shaking so bad when I went to pick him up. He was TERRIFIED, as their space isn't that big and there was cats all over and a dog laying on the counter I didn't have enough room to thoroughly check out my dog when I got home and my husband checked him we saw it right away it was a huge gash/cut or whatever it is so red and slightly bleeding. In the picture I posted I put some ointment to avoid infection. As dog groomers it should be their first priority to treat their dogs with the upmost care. It is disgusting they would hurt an animal like this and PLEASE KEEP IN MIND MY DOG IS SUCH A CHILL DOG HES SO FRIENDLY WHEN HE GETS GROOMED HES VERY CHILL DOESNT FIGHT HES NEVER EVER CAME BACK HOME WITH ANY KIND OF CUTS IN THE PLACES WE'VE TAKEN HIM this place needs to reevaluate themselves and what they are doing the picture only shows the biggest gash but he has small ones all over his body. I have been coming here for many years, ever since the Pampered Poodle closed on Broadway. I usually have a good experience here not to fond of some of the groomers, I only go here for nail trimming and not all of them are gentle....that's why I always hold my baby. But recently every time I go they are either closed before the posted hours or I get there with in 1-2 hours before closing and they say the groomers already gone....why post hours of operation if only to have someone sitting behind a desk that doesn't groom. This was the last time I will waste my time going and turning around without getting my babies nails done.I found a new groomer and I like him, he treated my pup well. read more

Pardon the late review but it's been a crazy few months for me. In September of this past year 2017 I took my dog Bella to this groomer once before and I thought it was pretty decent...n Bella was pretty cooperative so I decided to bring her back. This time Bells didn't even want to step one paw inside the place..which I found weird cuz she never acts that way..not even at the vets. She completely refused n i still took her inside. This lady with curly red hair grabs her n takes her inside their back room where they do the grooming and I hear some commotion which ok..pretty normal cuz Bells is a pain at times..but this....this turned into yelping n screaming n me hearing the lady dropping things on the floor saying "this dog is crazy!" Uh...for those who know my dog know she's not crazy at all..sweetest thing ever. So I stick my head in n Bella's looking at me like wth is going on...then this older woman at the front desk tells me step back bc that's why my dog is getting amped up..so I bite my tongue n step back, to which I continue to hear my dog yelping bloody murder n i see a cat scrambling out of the back room..so hell yea I was bewildered at this point and walk back to the door to see n this red head looking like she has no idea what she's doing is handling my dog. My dog continues to scream n defacates on herself because of how scared she is n the older front desk lady in front yells at me THAT'S $10 extra to clean her! Like she did that cuz you guys don't know what you're doing n are literally scaring the shit out of her..I tell the front desk lady, "I NEED to go back there..." to which she legit YELLS at me to step back bc my dog is acting up because of me. "Uh nooo she can't even see me n all I hear is ruckus! You got cats running around n my dogs going crazy cuz you guys don't know how to handle her!" So another woman comes out n goes if you think she'll be calm then go ahead..let her in.. So I go to the back n Bella's eyes are so red and teary n she just lays her head on my shoulder, exhausted from all the bull shit....as I pet her n tell her its okay, this other guy easily clips her nails NO problem. No yelling...no squirming....she was just happy I was there.. Why do I turn around n see them trying to bathe their OWN cat behind us so they leave him tied up on the table n walk away to which the cat tried to jump n off n is literally CHOKING hanging off the table...the girl runs up n just yells "oh!" And just stands there looking at it choke...I KID YOU NOT...I counted THREE whole seconds she just stood there watching it when the guy helping me sees me watching n yells at her to pick it up n she goes oh ok..... THE FUCK!!!!! I had to turn around n just wait for my guy to be done (seemed like he was the only professional in there) n when I step out the room, the old front desk lady in front goes (all smiley faced) oo she was so patient with you next to her :) ...YEAH. JUST LIKE I TOLD YOU FROM THE START THAT SHE WOULD BE. Guys...NEVER AGAIN. These people had no clue wtf they were doing and don't deserve to have other people's pets in their hands. Imagine if I had just left her there alone until they were done like other dog owners usually do...I don't know what I would've came back to...Careful where you take your pets..This place deserves to get shut down. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been taking my dog there for a while now and I neglected to ever check my dog from head to toe for any cuts or nips. After reading the reviews for the FIRST time I decided to check my dog after her latest grooming session. One of her nipples were nipped and around where she pees her private area she had a small slit also. My dog is currently dragging her toosh and and licking constantly and walking in a awkward way. Im so upset I had to put her through this but please stay away and if you decided to go ahead with it anyway make sure to examine your dog thoroughly after picking him/her up. read more

This is the absolute worst pet grooming shop I have ever been to, please keep your furry friends far away from here. I dropped off my poodle and four hrs later they still hadn't called for pick up. Once I called to ask what was going on they claimed to have called me multiple times (lies). When I arrived to pick my poodle up, he looked like a damn rat. Any proper pet grooming spa would know what a poodle haircut is and it is not this. They gave him a near buzz cut at the top of his head and gave the bs excuse of him having knots (wtf), his ears were cut in layers and they were uneven too. He also has a bunch of nicks on his tummy and his face was also unevenly groomed. This place charged me 75 dollars too, what a joke. read more

Ok so if i could gave them 0 stars i would, the owner have 0 tolerance with your pets, besides that they take 3-4 hours to have your pet ready wich is a big problem with me cause she is not use to be in a cage, on top of that this last time i took her, she was shaking more than usual an even she poop morning before i take her here, she shit in top of me because she was very sacred , then the owner ask me why i didnt take her potty before taking her there, i mean i did and it was an accident but she seems not to like this at all. Do not i repeat do not take your pet to this "grooming" service. I took my 4 year old 15 pound poodle there for the first time today. Not only did it take 3 hours but when i take my dog outside she is bleeding profusely from her mouth and I mean it is all over. It was so bad I rushed her to the vet in seconds thinking it was something more serious. But it was injuries due to the haircut. As the photo shows it is NOT a minor cut. Not only was i not told the "groomer" cut her but she has cuts all over her stomach. This place should not be open or allowed to service poor defenseless pets. A few months ago, I took my dog to get a haircut and as soon as my sister got home we realized the fur around his mouth was red. We looked for cuts around that area and didn't find anything until we noticed that the blood was in fact coming from the inside of his mouth. The groomer had cut my dogs tongue and didn't even bother to tell us anything. To make matters worse, we also found an open wound on his neck covered with some sort of ointment. I understand that mistakes happen but not one person in the grooming salon told us anything about what happened. They went on as if nothing happened which is extremely unprofessional. Obviously, the person who groomed him knew what happened if ointment was applied to my dog's neck. I strongly dislike how these people carry themselves and I don't recommend anyone to take their pets there. read more

We have been taking my cat for years. But lately, the service has been really bad. The last service groom for my cat told me that he can't have the sedation work better if my cat wasn't eaten the night before. I was never told that in no time. But the sedation was working pretty fine after my cat was brought back; he was still asleep as you see. She threaten my mother if you don't pay the 40 dollars; I will hold your cat until you pay me back. In the end, she changed her mind and told my mother to never call us again because you are a pain in the ass. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

Terrible experience.. Couple months ago my dog goes in for a cut, it wasn't until she got home that I realized she had an open cut on her nipple. None of the workers told me when I picked her up. Okay, you know what things happen and mistakes are made. Second time now months later, we send in my dog, she comes back with another cut on her stomach! Clearly it's a reoccurring thing. I call to complain, lady is extremely unprofessional and doesn't care what I have to say. We won't be going there again. They're unprofessional, there's dry poop in the corners of the store and to top it off they know nothing about grooming! My poor dog looks like an uncared for street dog After her cut.
