The first time I saw her I got a short haircut and I was nervous about whether or not it would suit me as I've had long hair for the majority of my life. She also helped thin out my hair as I had told her that my hair was feeling very dense and heavy. She's extremely knowledgeable and could tell that I had cut my own bangs haha. This second time I saw her I actually hadn't had a haircut since my first visit so it had grown out quite a bit. I told her I wanted a hush cut and that I had the same concerns about the weight of my hair. Again, she helped lighten the weight as well as gave me the exact cut that I wanted. At first I thought the analysis would only include color draping but she truly went above and beyond. She even told me what hairstyles would suit my face shape best, and what hair colors to go for. The whole process was thorough -- she even did an analysis of my makeup and was determined to find a lip shade that suited my complexion, which is something even I have been struggling with since I started wearing makeup. Yeye also gave me clothing recommendations such as neckline styles that would suit me. The experience felt personalized and I have incorporated her advice into my shopping habits even months later. After our appointment she sent me home with a bunch of style guides along with outfit and hair inspo. I truly feel she has helped me elevate my style this year.
