I chose the regular size sausage burrito with verde sauce. The lady behind counter was very friendly and got my order done with 5-7 minutes. The burrito was filled with potatoes, sausage, cheese, and eggs- verde sauce I ordered in it was very little if any though. Some of the potatoes were burned but pulled those out and was able to eat it all mostly. Very filling. Price was $5 so not bad. Overall I give them a 4 out of 5 stars.

I got my usual butter chicken with a side of roti and another side of naan. The butter chicken is even better here than at the brick and mortar restaurant in Eugene, which I didn't think was even possible. It is so incredibly creamy and I've tried many times to replicate it with no luck. The chicken is so tender and just melts in your mouth. The roti was a bit tough, but I had never had it before so I didn't really know what to expect going in. The naan was fantastic as always, and it held together well when I used it to scoop up the butter chicken and rice. The food truck is located in a little pod on a gravel parking lot. There are some parking spots but not a lot. I went on a cold and wet day so nobody else was there. The wait was long anyway, but I think that's pretty typical for food that is so fresh and hot. It was the perfect thing to eat on a rainy day. I dream of the butter chicken from this food truck specifically and I cannot wait to go back again.

There is a large barn-like structure with restrooms and indoor seating, as well as a large covered outdoor seating area in between two rows of food carts. The complex is flanked by two parking lots on each end with ample parking. There also appears to be a fair number of accessible parking spaces for those with mobility issues. The Barn at Hickory Station is a great addition to the community, offering a family-friendly environment where kids can run free in a large grassy area. I'll definitely return the next time I find myself in the Albany area.
