I was really excited to try this spot given all the reviews but I just got my pad thai and it's... almost inedible? The sauce is watery and tasteless except for basic spice, the chicken is dry and chewy. Steve is a great guy to interact with and his cook is legit. This is "just a food truck" in the middle of nowhere Oregon and they did a solid job. I got the pad Thai chicken at a 2.5 heat scale out of 5. If you like hot, stay a 3 or under but if you can handle "Thai hot" go ahead and step up. This place is great. A perfect little find. I always recommend calling in as, like other food trucks, if they run out of something they wont have more for the rest of the day.
