Unfortunately I did not think to snap a photo of the current/updated lunch menu. We ordered fried calamari, slow cooked beef short ribs, and the slightly spicy, shrimp ceviche, marinated in coconut milk base with various other spices, with fried wonton chips. The food was above average, but I felt like the ceviche could have had more fresh herbs to complete the dish. The beef short rib had nice flavor, but was slightly tough to cut, especially when all I had was a butter knife to attempt the task at hand. All in all, it was a positive experience, and we enjoyed our visit to Corvallis and trying Magenta for the first time.
