Sausage looked different than all the other times I've ordered. Yesterday's hadn't been on a bbq or smoker. I'm wondering if it's sold or had key staff changes. Employees there looked to be teenagers. Not anyone I've seen before. Gift cards: I hope this is a one off, because I buy gift cards from Costco and give them out as presents. I actually gifted some cards this week which prompted me to go there yesterday. I called them last night and asked them not to use them. I will go back, try another meal. If the meal is back up to their normal high quality standards I will let the card holders know to use them. If quality is bad I will get them back and get refund from Costco.

I'm not a huge barbecue person because I prefer my meals to have a little more variety than just meat, but I did enjoy the brisket and the pork belly. The sides were just okay for me. Nevertheless, we ordered some leg quarters and he kindly obliged despite appearing to be worn out from the long day. When we came back around to pick up the food I was shocked at the size and weight of the take out bag that was given to us. Mr. Tukufu had certainly hooked us up and when we got back to the hotel we had an absolute feast. I am confident in saying this was the best soul food I have ever had.
