So I was in the Morris Park area with a friend and saw a Patsy's Pizzeria and figured why not try this location since I tried a few different locations. We both ordered personal pies. Mine plain cheese and my friend got a meatball pie. The pies came out looking delicious! Perfectly cooked. My cheese Pizza was delicious! Perfect cheese to sauce ratio. Crust was thin and crispy, just the way that I like it. Taste was on point. My friend enjoyed their Meatball Pizza too. I realized afterwards that we could've shared one personal pie but we didn't mind having some take home slices for dinner. The server was very nice and accommodating. As far as the ambiance, it was around 12pm so it was pretty quiet in there. The venue was nice and clean. Overall it was a nice atmosphere and we enjoyed our Pizzas. It wasn't exactly the same as the original Patsys in Spanish Harlem where they cook in a coal oven if you were wondering, but it was definitely delicious and I will go back next time I'm in the neighborhood. i had the margherita pizza which had good sauce and cheese but the cracker crust doesn't compare with the patsy's in Harlem and I would not have it again. As the crust was so thin the pizza became cold soon after it was served.the service was efficient the restaurant was clean and pleasant looking. I absolutely hate writing bad reviews but hopefully when management sees this, it will help them in the long run. So I will start by saying I ordered a glass of Chianti and although the wine was very good, it didn't taste at all like a chianti. When I mentioned that to the server, he admitted that they ran out of Chianti and gave me another red instead. Next I ordered an arugula salad that was very good. No bread was at the table so I had to ask as I love to have some bread with my salad. For my entree I ordered the chicken scarp. When it was delivered I thought it must have been a mistake because it was served in a soup bowl and the sauce was soup not sauce. It was also extremely spicy from the hot peppers. This dish resembled nothing like chicken scarp. My friend ordered the squid in pasta and when it was delivered there were apologies because the restaurant ran out of the squid ink pasta. I don't know how that is even possible. Anyway, they brought out spaghetti instead. Totally understand that it's a new restaurant but they have had months to order supplies especially the ones that are featured on their menu. Couple next to us said the pizza was good but undercooked and not nearly as good as some of the other Westchester pizza restaurants. Also, the manager never came by to apologize or even to welcome us.The restaurant looks amazing but the noise level was terrible. Recently ordered from here for the first time. I've been to the Patsy's location in East Harlem but never this one. I ordered my food through UberEats. The food arrived HOT. I got a pizza pie with pepperoni. I also took a gamble and ordered the grilled octopus with white beans peppers and onions. Delish Delish Delish. I havent lefr a review in a LONG time and this food made me come out of retirement lol. I personally love the super thin crust. I think its so delicious and crispy. The tomato sauce is very light and tasty. The octopus dish was SOOOOOOOOOO GOOD. I would order that over and over again. The ragu of beans with onions and peppers are SO good. This was my 2nd visit here and our server Crystal on this visit was simply wonderful. We stopped in for a late lunch/ early dinner and we were greeted and seated immediately. The restaurant had a lite hustle but was still pretty quiet. I was interested in trying something different. So Crystal chatted with us a bit and helped with my indecisiveness and then our orders were placed. I decided on the Chicken and Artichoke w/ tomatoes it was really amazing my bestie ordered her typical pasta and sauce (same ole same ole) lol. Yelp check in offer was complimentary dessert, we picked the NY Style cheesecake. Already stuffed to capacity we couldn't resists a foodie moment to indulge and no regrets. The food here is outstanding and very reasonable. We couldn't quite figure why there isn't a line out the door? Then we compared it to several restaurants right up the block that are always packed and racking in money. The problem with this place is the staff is not very welcoming. I guess they get this from the owner who just sits at the bar all day and doesn't go out of her way to acknowledge any of the patrons. Perhaps she should go up the block to the other restaurants and see how this is done. Hope this helps! read more

Eggplant Parmigiana hero is delicious! I can't even tell you if I like eggplant or not because it is always a hit or a miss, but Patsy's makes it super thin sliced and it's some of my other favorites are the arancini, almond cake, tiramisu, and caesar salad. I'm vegetarian but according to my brother and mom, the chicken francese is delicious as well. I took away one star because the penne ala vodka wasn't the best - just tasted kinda bland and it's such a popular food item. It may have been an off day though so I'm open to trying it again. But overall, really happy with this restaurant and for it being in the Bronx, it has a really nice vibe inside. read more

I've been here exactly 1 time. I used to live in Midtown Manhattan and going to Pasty's on 34th street was the thing for me. So when I moved into the neighborhood I expected to be the same as 34th street. Full of life great vibe and all but to my surprise it was all the opposite. I order from this place often and will never be ordering again. We ordered 2 different pies, 2 different appetizers and a soup. They sent the soup, 1 appetizer twice, 1 pie correctly and 1 pie that was not correct WITH A SLICE MISSING. Decided to grab dinner and drinks at Patsys last night. When we walked in we were greeted and seated right away. The manager John took our drink orders. We ordered cosmos to start and they were amazing! Must say one of the best cosmos I have had in a long time. For appetizers we ordered a platter that came with baked clams, fried shrimp, eggplant rollatine and calamari. This appetizer was delicious!! The calamari and perfect and the eggplant rollatine was savory! We also ordered a traditional pie and chicken sorrentino. Both entrees were delicious! I've never been to the Patsy's in Harlem so I can't use it to compare to Patsy's in the Bronx. After dining here for the first time, I feel this place has a lot of potential to roll with the big shots of Italian restaurants in Morris Park and Pelham Gardens. The restaurant has a very clean and open feel to it - there's an impressive counter-seating area as you walk in with the pizza oven in prime view. There's also a back room with more seating that I can easily see being used for private parties. We started with the fried meatballs and arancini. The meatballs came with spicy peppers and garlic and the rice balls were stuffed with cheese and came with marinara sauce on the side. For my main I had the chicken sorrentina style which was a chicken cutlet topped with a sliced eggplant and prosciutto and mozzarella; it came with a side of mixed veggies and potato croquette. Overall the food was pretty tasty, the apps were good but my main was a little weak. The quality of the chicken wasn't up to standard (though the dish was overall tasty) and the veggies looked like they were from a frozen mix (lots of broccoli stems versus actual broccoli florets). Service was good, everyone was super friendly greeting us as we were entering and leaving - our waitress was very attentive to us. One kink was that it took longer than what is standardly acceptable for our food to come out. There was only one other party in the restaurant when I was there so it was a little unexpected. I've also had the opportunity to try their pizza, which is very good and probably the best thing they put out. They have a lot of different varieties and the crust is super thin (my favorite!). Overall, Patsy's has a lot of potential - it faces a lot of competition in this historically Italian area of the Bronx but if they up the quality of some of their products they'll hopefully gain a following here. I was introduced to this restaurant by a close friend who lives in the neighborhood and frequently eats here. We were able to get a table outdoors on a late Saturday afternoon. The menu has a TON of options, but we opted for an order of fried calamari, mussels in a garlic and white wine sauce and a Margherita pie. They also bring you a basket of bread with butter to your table, however I wish the bread was warm. The food comes out very fast and let me tell you, the pizza was PERFECT. It was thin crust and just the perfect amount of dough for each slice. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are ever in the Morris Park area. I definitely see myself going back again to try more of their different pizza pies. read more
