Rather than prioritizing thier regular customers who make appointments they would rather capture any and every one who walks through the door making the loyal customer wait anywhere from a half hour to an hour for their scheduled appointment. This lack of respects affects all scheduled customers for the day. As much I enjoy my technician I do believe the establishment has minimal respect for its loyal customers... therefore my money can easily be spent on the Westside where time, customer, and money is valued.

Unexpected Charges and Lack of Transparency…read more I booked my appointment in person on Tuesday 7/15 because I wasn't sure what to select online for Gel-X removal. I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

I came back for a refill, and two days later was in some of the most pain I've ever been in due to a cuticle infection. I voiced concerns that my skin was being cut, but they were shrugged off. After coming into the salon to show them the infection, the front desk staff was polite and helpful advising they would reach out to the owner and share photos they took of the nail. Days passed and I followed up again via phone as I didn't hear back. The owner of the salon requested PHI pertaining to the infection, including what Rx I was on, in order to even consider a refund. Initially, a gift card for the amount spent on the service was offered in lieu of a refund. I mentioned I was not comfortable receiving another service, and received a call back letting me know the owner was willing to grant a refund. Overall, the back and forth took about a week and a half. I was new to the entire gelx process, and am posting this review to let anyone else looking to embark on that journey know they should ask questions and voice their concerns. There are seemingly many happy patrons, but this was my individual experience.

I was a little sad because in past reviews it said they offer you mimosas, champagne, or tea, and I wasn't asked for a drink. Not a deal breaker, but I had expectations from previous reviews. They offer tons of different services, but I opted for the Treat Yo Self mani pedi which is $53, $64 with tip. The salon itself is clean, and the decor is cute and minimal. They have pictures on the wall with cute quotes, and the chairs are wooden seats. They bring water basins to your seat if you're getting a pedicure which was very cute! Taylor did my feet, while Maile joined later to do my nails. The Treat Yo Self Mani comes with a homemade lemon scrub and massage. My feet were really dry, so I hoped they would get off all the dead skin. I love the shape of my nails, and they did spend a lot of time massaging and cleaning. However, I think that it wasn't worth the $53. I'd rather opt for the regular mani pedi for $40 instead. They have a $3 credit card/debit card charge, but they waived the fee for me since it was my first time! Overall a good experience, I'd be back for the basic services. They also have a stamp card, once you fill it up you can get a free manicure or half off gel nails.

I was corresponding via text and was told that Rachel was my nail tech. I specifically requested her because she did a good job on my friend. My appointment was at 9:30 and when I arrived, I was waiting for 30 mins before I was approached and told my nail tech was on vacation!! I was then told that someone else can do my nails but it would be gel x (which I didn't want). I attempted to leave before they told me they would make arrangements for Tammy to service me but I had to wait an hour. This was so unprofessional and upsetting given the fact I booked a month in advance and nobody checked the appointments to call the clients to inform them their nail tech went on vacation. My service took 2.5 hours plus the hour I was waiting so I had to pay $15 for parking since the validation only covers 2 hours. I was disappointed at the fact they didn't wave my parking for the inconvenience on their behalf. The space is clean and nicely decorated, only negative is there are little to no seats for people waiting, and for them to be backed up because they failed to notify clients certain staff were not available..huge logistical issue Tammy: TAMMY IS THE GOAT. She was nice, precise, professional and on point. She was very detailed and did all my designs free hand. Tammy saved this place of a 2 star rating! I plan to book with her in the near future and spread the word!! Patsys is not an equal opportunity employer Patsy and her husband are RACIST. I called yesterday to see if they were hiring nail techs and she said yes and asked my race. I asked her why she needed to know and she replied "to know how to communicate with you" despite feeling uneasy about her comment I still went on the interview bc I needed a job. She offered me a job and took it back the next day before I even had a chance to work there claiming the tech that quit came back and she doesnt need me anymore YET she has many available nail stations that can be utilized. Nail techs make commission only so there's no reason I couldn't be added to their team. I fear she didn't hire me because they're racist. If you are black don't give them your money. read more

The technicians are attentive and friendly, making sure I was comfortable throughout the service. My mom is a spanish speaker, but she's gotten so many pedicures done they understand what she needs for her in grown nails. I don't know if it was miscommunication or the lady who did it being new, but they seriously hurt her. They poked her and didn't acknowledge her pain or apologize either. She had to get some of her toenail removed professionally. She had trouble walking, she couldn't even stand on her feet, and couldn't even wear any shoes or sandals. It won't let me upload a picture of the nail and cartilage they had to remove from my moms toe due to the blood, but it was insane. She's in a cast now healing from the pain. They are so unprofessional and should be held accountable. This is a serious warning, be careful with them! If i could give 0 stars I would.

It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. And thanks again for the massage therapist recommendation. Rest and recovery, here I come!
