So, this is one of my favorite places to eat and have been eating here for over 4 years now. I must say that the quality and care for their customers and food has gone down. The last time I had a problem with online ordering I called the store and the manager told me it was my fault I couldn't order properly; they suggested my internet or whatever was not working correctly, even though their website clearly stated that they were having technical difficulties. This time, I decided not to call. I just ordered a salad, wings, and two pizzas for my family and I. My salad was special ordered for spinach instead of salad mix, but they sent me a salad without either (seriously?). The cheese and toppings on the pizzas fell off as soon as I picked them up. Read some good reviews on this place so I decided to give it a try. Suprised to see how slow it was for a Saturday night. Only one group of people inside when I arrived. But I'm not sure the location is very prime. Jumpers hole road isn't exactly jumping on weekends, or anytime. This place is also across the street from an Ames store that has been out of business for over a decade. That being said, it still looks like a nice place. My order was pretty simple, pepperoni pizza and an order of fries. I had to wait several moments for for my order to be prepared, but that's ok cause it was fresh when it arrived. I thought the fries were kind of small for the price, but they were nice and crisp. The pizza itself was also baked to near perfection. Crust was a little burnt, but not much to complain about. The cheese was melted evenly and the pepperoni slices were generous. All in all I really enjoyed my meal and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good pizza. read more

I came here because I was craving pizza. It was a little pricey - close to $12 for a 12", half cheese half pepperoni pizza - but it fulfilled the craving. It was pretty greasy when it came out, and I was glad it was only half pepperoni as a result. The first 1-2 slices, hot out of the oven, were solid, but as the pizza cooled it got relatively mediocre. I don't think I'd recommend delivery/carryout as a result. I would eat here again if in the area, but I wouldn't come out of my way or expressly seek it out. That said, I would be curious to try some of the other menu items; they have a ton of options. We ordered carry out dinner from here tonight. I ordered the cheesesteak roll ups appetizer as my meal thinking they would be four decent sized roll ups (the picture in the menu is VERY deceiving). My wife brought them home and to my surprise I opened up the box to find two TINY 4 inch roll ups in the box. They also appear to be fried/crispy in the menu but they are just a flour tortilla with a little bit of cheesesteak inside. For $10! I had hoped the flavor would be amazing and make up for the disappointing size, it wasn't amazing by any stretch. Had the cost not been so outrageous I could have just chalked it up to personal preference and shrugged it off. The triple whammy of price + deceptive menu + underwhelming taste is the whole reason I'm here. We also ordered pizza for my son and nephew. Plain cheese. The crust was so hard for them to bite into it was like cardboard. Since my dinner was utterly disappointing I also shared a slice of their pizza. It was bland and very hard to chew. I had the gyro which was all right, but not amazing, my mother had the margherita flatbread... I also got to try this and it was just as disappointing in flavor, but at least you get your $10 worth. My father said the burger he had was all right. Definitely not worth the nearly $60 we spent on dinner. Save yourself the disappointing experience and go across the street to Founders and get better tasting food for around the same cost. This is our third try with Pat's thinking that we may have just caught them on a bad night the past two times we have tried them and had similar experiences, but this is certainly our last time ordering and we will definitely never recommend them to anyone. read more

Went there on a Friday night. Got the margarita pizza and a pepperoni pizza. We were able to find a table for four even though the place was busy. They gave me a number placard to place on the table while they made our pizza. Drinks are self serve. Once we were seated a server came over with a stand for each pizza along with plates and napkins. We had to use plastic flatware and that was a disappointment . If you are using plates, take the time to roll some stainless flatware . Both pizzas came out in about 20 minutes. The crust was good . Sauce was good . The margarita compared with the same pizza I had gotten at Verde in Baltimore a few months ago. The main difference was the cost. Much cheaper here. This pizza is made in a brick oven and that adds to the flavor. Over all, worth the trip. read more

So I have been pleasantly surprised. I had never been to a pats and I definitely didn't expect what I walked into. Me and my husband decided to give this place a shot and I thought I was just another pizza joint. When we pulled up the outside had some serious curb appeal. It was welcoming and well decorated. When we walked inside you could see the stone oven and the chef cooking pizzas right in front of you. We grabbed a menu as to not stand at the registers deciding since we went sure what they had and what we wanted. We decided on 2 caesar salads and 2 slices of cheese pizza. I came to $22 with drinks which honestly did shock me a little. We found seats and waiting took in the atmosphere. Everything was very clean and well maintained, they had ample sitting and large beautiful tables, It felt like a fancy restaurant. A waitress brought out our food and my eyes got huge!!!! These salads were NO JOKE!!! They were big! Fresh lettuce, large croutons, fresh graded cheese and a side of dressing with the cutest little finger size bread stick. The slices of pizza were standard New York size, but the cheese was a tad greasy... But Iam a little picky about grease ( that what napkins are for ) so no real complaint there. I had been meaning to visit for since they opened and finally had the chance to. Atmosphere This place is small but contemporary with a cozy design. It's structured no different than a three brothers pizza in that you walk in, order your food, take a number and they bring your food to you. Food I ate the chicken parm and the others at my table has a regular cheese pizza and a kid sized order of spaghetti. I completely agree with another post on here that the chicken parmesan was horrible. It was two pieces of very thin chicken with a piece of cheese on it. The spaghetti that came with it was undercooked because the pasta was a bit hard. It didn't taste fresh to order either. I was totally unimpressed and couldn't finish it. Similarly, my daughter's spaghetti with meatballs order left a lot to be desired. She ate her meatballs and told me she didn't like the spaghetti and generate she loves spaghetti. The pizza is supposed to be made in brick ovens which I don't doubt but it came out warm not fresh from the oven. Being originally from nyc, we're pretty good judges of pizza and this place does NOT have good pizza. Also, the drink cups they provide must come from really cheap materials. We took our cup home and as I was worrying this review its sitting on my dresser and the juice in the cup is about to cause a hole and leak through the container. It's already falling apart. SERVICE You walk in, you order, they bring your food out based on your number. The brothers service at its finest. Nothing to be impressed by. Basically high schoolers up front who take your order and then bring it out to you but don't even say goodbye or thank you when you walk right by them to leave the establishment. PRICING Not worth $11.99 for thin chicken bad tasting chicken or the hardened pasta. The pizza is bit worth the cost either. The place is a bit overpriced fir what you get and taste. Overall the best thing about this place is the decorum. Beyond that, I can't say much favorable. They've got to do a better job on both their food and their service. My parents like this place so I tried it. Went here for dinner on a very cold Friday night in late November. They did not have any of the seasonal chili from the menu. I ordered the $8 crab and shrimp bisque, and the $13 boneless wings. The soup was like watered down tomato soup w two very small mealy pieces of shrimp in it. The boneless wings were not good. They obviously were not prepped in house. They were overdone, hard and mostly bread. Honestly I've had better from the $7 frozen bags you can get at the grocery store. I ordered a chopped power salad a few nights ago and was unhappy with my order. I contacted Pats online through their web page and explained what happened and I asked someone to contact me. I am still waiting the hear back from someone. (With the previous problems, a manager contacted me back within hours). I also sent several private messages through their Facebook page, with no reply. This is not the first time I've had an issue. In the past, the salad has been delivered without any dressing. After receiving a five dollar credit, it happened again. That time, I received a 20 dollar gift certificate with assurances that every effort would be made to correct this issue. At the beginning of September I placed an order requesting extra dressing and extra feta, and there was no extra dressing and the feta was left off completely. The other night, I requested an extra dressing and did not receive it. I was even charged for the extra dressing... I'm not sure how they can make this right.. I love their food, but I'm not sure that I'm willing to take a risk and have my order delivered incorrectly. I can understand if this was the first time, but this is an ongoing problem, and it's not OK. Little details like extra dressing may seem insignificant to the kitchen staff, but for the customer, those details may mean taking our hard earned money to someone else who can honor our requests. read more

I'm a huge fan of their delivery service. My schedule can be wonky & might not have a chance to make dinner. It's nice to be able to order what I want & have it delivered at a later time. The food, wow. I really enjoy it. I've only had one dish that I wasn't really fond of & that was a turkey burger, but that could have been my fault as I let it get cold. The chicken parm sandwich & meatball sandwich are very delicious. The Southwest egg rolls are phenomenal, & the loaded fries are sinful. The cost is very reasonable for portions that are generous. Pat's is our favorite quick go-to restaurant in Pasadena, MD. I ordered an on-line carry out yesterday and it was so very easy. I was out-and-about on errands and ordered when I was 10 minutes away...figured I'd have to wait. But, the order was just ready when I arrived, still hot when I got home. The Truffle Mac & Cheese is amazing!!! And I had the Margharita Flatbread which was wonderful though I should have eaten it first as it got cold while I was gobbling up the mac and cheese. The staff is super-friendly, the restaurant is always clean, the food is great (I've had their salads, gyro, hamburgers, sandwiches in past visits). I love that the menu will change during the year and they will bring in new dishes for me to try. Wish the Pasadena restaurant was a bit bigger. Thank you Pat's! read more

Subs are a decent size to share if you don't have a huge appetite (splitting an appetizer is a good idea too). Placed an order like I always have for the past 7 years. This location tends to employ incompetent school kids. The girl who answered the phone, Megan, was snotty and rude. I asked that she charge me for a side of cucumbers for my salad. She told me it could not be done. I asked to speak to the manager, he told me its their policy that customers can not add items to side salads even if they are willing to pay. Imagine entering an establishment that sells food but then refuses to sell you a food item. It's nonsense. Imagine having a man in his 40's screaming at you about cucumbers. It was insane. The manager got frustrated, referred to me as a slur and then hung up in my face after 7 years of my customer loyalty. I will not return. I do not recommend. This establishment is not LGBTQ friendly and they employ kids instead of staff adequately trained in customer service. The owner did have them comp the sandwich and salad but I threw it in the trash. I didn't trust it. The owner offered a $20 credit for future purchases but I politely declined. It was never about the money for me.
