I really appreciated how transparent and responsive he was throughout the entire process. We scheduled the work in two parts--first the downstairs, then the stairs and upstairs. Every item had to be cleaned. Our entire house had to be cleaned from top to bottom. Nikki and her crew worked harder than anybody I've ever seen to get the job done and get us back in our house as soon as possible.
