Brought a Volkswagen Taos here for a simple software update. When the vehicle was picked up, the…read morewindshield was severely cracked on the driver's side. The stress fracture originates directly underneath the spring-loaded windshield wiper arm--a textbook impact fracture caused by a technician snapping the metal wiper arm down onto bare glass during service. Instead of taking immediate responsibility for property damaged under their exclusive care, custody, and control, the service department chose to stonewall. The service advisor spent 90 minutes claiming he was "looking for paperwork and camera footage" before finally claiming he "couldn't get into the system." He then attempted to blame the weather, claiming the heat caused the glass to spontaneously crack in a perfect arc, and told us we had to wait until next week for someone to decide how to handle it. When pressed on the mechanical reality of the damage and asked for a safe loaner vehicle while they resolved their mistake, the advisor became hostile, dismissed my presence as a "third baseman" because my name isn't on the registration, and pressured my fiancée into driving a structurally compromised, unsafe vehicle off the lot. This franchise damaged a customer's vehicle during routine maintenance and used every stall tactic in the book to avoid accountability. Volkswagen of America Customer Care has been formally notified. Avoid this service department unless you want to pay out of pocket for their technicians' carelessness.

Buying a car can be a stressful task, not knowing who to trust or if your making the right decision…read morecan be overwhelming. I wanted to make sure when I got into something new I was 100% confident in my decision. After going to countless dealerships and doing tons of research online, I found that on the surface B&B was worth checking out. They had a car I was really interested in so I was happy to hear it was still for sale. When I got there Craig welcomed me and told me to take my time on the test drive. The location is ideal for a test drive..nice quiet residential 2 lane roads with no chaos is what I like. Took it for a spin and instantly fell in love, which doesn't come easy for me. I knew right away this car felt right and would look killer in my garage. Went in and sat with him in a laid back comfortable office to discuss the car. He didn't sit there all cheesy with a generic list of features on the car, they let the car sell themselves which totally works. He was so patient and answered every single question I had in terms I could understand which some salesmen make things confusing. I didn't feel pressured, rushed or forced whatsoever. I wanted the car and bought it on the spot. I traded in my pride and joy (which wasn't easy for me might I add) I NEVER would have done that if I didn't think I'd love my new car just as much. 2 days later I went back to pick it up and they had her looking clean and pretty. I met Paul who couldn't be any cooler of a dude. He showed me how to use all my functions and put my plates on for me. Finally I sat down with mama Craig and signed the rest of the paperwork which she put together beautifully for me. B&B is the real deal, I can't compare to anywhere else in RI to buy a car. A pleasurable experience from start to finish. I am so ecstatic over my new ride I can't wipe the smile off my face. I would buy from here again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend buying from them..and if you do, tell them I sent ya!

Grasso's was the only dealership with a 2012 Honda Civic. They sent me the carfax without me even asking. The carfax was nearly perfect. I compared the carfax price rating and KBB price rating to the car's price and it was on the lower end of the acceptable price range set by KBB. This car seemed too good to be true. I inquired if I can get the car inspected with my own mechanic before I finalize any decisions, Dean let me do so with no questions asked. The only issue they found with the car was that it would need new routers soon and brake pads. I took the estimate to Dean and he was able fix both issues before I signed any contracts. My only complaint was that communication between the loan provider and the dealer was poor. So it took longer than necessary to finalize the paperwork (also due to my own behalf). It is also hard to find a loan provider that would host this company since it's not a technically a dealership. That being said the interest rate may be higher than if you were to go to a traditional dealership. However, the price of the car plus the interest rate equals to be about the same as a dealership price with lower interest (pending credit score). Overall, Grasso's is a great financial decision especially if you pay in full. P.S: I noticed many reviews stating issues with cars purchased here. My recommendation is to always get the car inspected before buying. Unless the company provides a warranty which they would fix any problem for FREE. Otherwise get your car inspected before purchasing.

I typically do not buy from dealers but again, they happened to have exactly what i wanted and due to the turbo and awd i wanted to be sure i had at least a small warranty window. I ended up buying a 7 year old 96k AWD Volvo. For the age and mileage the car was very clean, 1 owner. i could tell it was hand picked with care. The sales lady was very nice and pleasant, her name eludes me. I was able to call them ahead of time and get in their late afternoon and get out the same day with my car ready to go. A+ there! Title on spot, no BS. The only issue i had, was about 3 months after i purchased the car (when i finally got it on a lift) i realized that there was NO Driveshaft!! Yes seriously it just didnt have one, hence making it only FWD. Since i was out of the warranty time frame, Brads was still kind enough to get me a shaft. I did have to pay to have it put in myself, but legally i think they could have told me to pound tar. So it was nice they helped at all. Other than regular maintenance, in the 20,000+ miles i have driven it i only upgraded to Factory Volvo BBS wheels and I had to do a front strut assembly. Car has been great to me! Really i cant complain. I would suggest Brads to anyone. Time and mileage tested, Nice cars
