This is a great locksmith to go to they were very polite and professional as well as concerned with safety . They are also flexible with scheduling and don't keep you waiting all day in the time -grace , call when they are close to arrival . The prices weren't stingy at all , very fair since it was so quick putting on a door knob for labor . I would definitely recommend this place especially for quick repairs . This locksmith is great. They come when they say they will, and do a great job! I have used them 3 times over the last 20 years, always a great job. Professional, polite and economical when possible. I had an old lock/door assembly that needed replacing and i texted a picture of it ahead of the visit . (10 years ago he repaired it but warned me in future the parts might be impossible to find.) So the replacement was ready and installed in one visit! It looks beautiful and is the style that was needed to match the rest of the home. Not all that impressed. I needed 4 matching locks for some toolboxes. I called, and they instructed me to drop off a lock in their mailbox on a Tuesday night with my phone number and they would call me the next day. They never called. A week later I called and talked to someone, and they said they would call back. They never called. Two weeks later I called and talked to someone, and they said they would call back. They never called. I got fed up and just ordered them on line at Padlocks4Less.com. $40 (including shipping) and 2 days later I received my locks. read more

Patriot saved the day! I unfortunately locked myself out of my car (thus out of my appartment too) in the early morning on a Saturday. I was jerked around hard by a company to remain nameless that I was refered to by google. I ended up sitting outside for over an hour for no-one to arrive. Finally i reached out to Patriot. Marie, on the phone, was a pleasant and helpful change to what I had been receiving for "customer service" so far in my predicament. I explained to her what I had been through and she was apologetic right away. She told me she needed to call me back and within 4 minites of the original call to Patriot, Dave was on his way. As was the way my day was going, I didnt have what I needed financially to cover all the expense of the service i so desperatly needed. Not only did Dave show up 10 minutes after I was told he was on his way, he looked the other way at my shortcomings because of my plight with a random second rate hack-job "business"! I found out this is a local, 24 hour,family-run business. Friendly, fair and punctual! They are my hero today!!!! I will call no other place when I'm stuck in a similar bind as I was today (it will happen again) Thanks guys! read more

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. They left our new house a mess with sawdust everywhere and did not clean up even though we left the vacuum out and he said he would clean up. But more importantly, they completely ruined our front door. We asked for a new handle and new deadbolt in the door and they drilled the completely wrong hole for the deadbolt so that it was overhanging the inner frame letting air in AND causing the door to not be secure. David said there was no way to fix it and did not even call us to ask if we wanted the door drilled knowing that this was the situation. We had to call another locksmith to come and fix the door, which he did! He did not need any new parts, just drilled in the appropriate places and filled the door in with filler. We will NEVER use Patriot again or recommend them to anyone Very unprofessional service read more

David just came out and replaced our original lock on our house with a new one we purchased and tried to install ourselves (and failed). He fixed our mistakes and ensured that everything would work especially with swelling of doors due to the changes of the seasons. Zero Stars! A month ago I asked if they could make duplicate keys for my house. I was told that I had a very unique key so they would have to order some. I had no problem with that because it was not a major rush at that time a week later I called back to ask if they had received the new keys and there was no answer. The next day I called back again and was told that they would call me back as soon as they had an answer, they never called me back. So I called back again the following week now two weeks in and got the same person saying that they would call back when they had an answer. I asked if she was really going to call me back and she did not answer me just said I have to find out. No call back yet again! So I called a few days later and nobody answered. Then I called in the morning the next day and a man answered and said it's very good that I got a hold of him in the morning and that he was still going to place the order for the keys. Then I called back two days later and they didn't have an answer yet again for the keys. It was a full month and I went by the shop on Friday and the doors are locked and the lights were off. I then went by the following Monday and the lights were off and the doors were locked, they clearly don't want any business unless it is big business. Making somebody keys is not a priority to them even though they call themselves patriot Lock and KEY!!!! Very very poor service I would never recommend somebody that doesn't look to improve themselves or their own business even when it's the small fish asking for help! If you don't want to help everybody lock your doors turn off the lights sell the building and get out of the business! I called Schloss Locksmith yesterday morning and the owner came by and picked up the key and had the duplicates back to me in less than 5 hours. Delivery company damaged our lock. I found Patriot on Yelp and had the company call to have the lock replaced. Owner David came out the day after Thanksgiving, removed the broken lock and ordered another from the slider door company. It took almost two weeks to get a lock replacement, but I called the door company and that was their turn around for ordering parts. Customer service at Patriot was very nice and apologized for the delay. The day after the lock came in, David came over to replace the lock. I would definitely use them again. read more

I had an excellent experience with Patriot Lock this morning. I was locked out of my garage and called them at 6:15AM. Despite being early morning hours, Dave was in my driveway within 30 minutes.
