Spoke to Cheryl on the phone with an emergency, I was locked out of a file cabinet at work. She was very friendly and helpful. She had me send a picture of the cabinet and lock, so she could get the correct help for me. Brandon the technician was amazing! When the lock opened but the drawers still wouldn't, he pried them open! Thank you so much! I will definitely recommend them read more

I'm an experienced long-time take it apart and fix it guy. Usually successful too. This triple-lock door had me baffled tho'. So out came the screwdriver - and some screws. At the point of removing Torx screws, my brain said, "yeah, you have those - but wait..." so, I did the unusual, I waited. I called H.Perron and spoke with Brandon. was going to be cute and ask what are you folks doing in the next hour. But he was ahead of me. 'How about this morning? He asked. An hour or so later, Jay appeared and gave me a tutorial worth every penny. It was a complete operator (me) problem. And by stopping, I avoided pretty big problem. Thanks, guys. Ren Knopf read more

A real lock smith. I had been letting my fingers do the walking and each time I called I was told I had reached a mobil unit. This call told me I had finally came across a brick and mortor store. Upon answering he told me, yes he had key chains. My mess of keys was growing longer and getting messy. I want a quick release for all those time I need to jump out of the car to swap cars or run into the house for something I forgot. He had just the trick. With 3 places to clip my keys and an easy release my life just improved a bit. I had looked on line and over $20+ I could have gotten one in the mail but hey lets support local, right? The store was closed but if I could come right over he'd wait for me. What luck! I zoomed over and in and out like a flash. They have great new door locks with key coding and deadbolt key coding as well. With theft up this year let's invest in a decent lock. read more

We moved into a new house with very old locks, lots of spare keys, and we wanted to get the locks replaced just to be safe. We called H Perron and were able to make an appointment for 2 days later. Jay showed up masked, on time, and did a quick inspection of our locks. He mentioned the locks were in good shape and likely only needed to be rekeyed, which would save us some money. He gave me a quote to make 4 sets of keys and rekey the locks. The quote was very reasonable. Jay finished the work quickly and we were all set. I appreciated his honesty and quality work. We will definitely use H Perron again in the future. read more

Highly recommend Perron, I work with several local properties and Perron is reliable, trustworthy, and has great communications , Cheryl and the staff are great. I called them yesterday with a back door lock issue which needed immediate repair for security reasons and they were right out this morning and the tech called me before and after the repair excellent service! read more

Extremely helpful - especially Cheryl. Saved us a lot of money and we're very responsive. Would highly recommend for all lock needs.

This Locksmith is the best locksmith in the MetroWest Boston area. These folks went above an beyond to offer exceptional service for our Church and associated buildings. Tim offered us great customer service and pricing. John and Dan have installed more than 30 unique locks on doors in 2 different facilities at exceptional speed and professionalism. Some of which were new technology to all of us, but John was constantly on the phone getting answers to all my questions and customizing a system that meets and exceeded our expectations. We will continue to do business with H Perron and recommend if you have need a locksmith, to give them a call. read more

A real locksmith with an actual shop. Prompt, friendly, reasonably priced. Equipped with some seriously high tech key cutting equipment and able to complete the proprietary programming of my fob. Very nice bakery across the street to boot! read more

Honest, very competent, fair pricing - I have no problem trusting these people.

Worst service ever. Everyone on the phone was so rude. The locksmith took almost two hours trying to make a key and then announced that he has to come back a different time. He promised he would be back at 8:30 the next morning. The next morning he called saying he was busy and wouldn't be there til 11. When I talked to his supervisor she basically told me to suck a d!ck. read more

Needed some keys duplicated. One of them didn't have the blank code, that of course is no problem for a real locksmith. Quick, easy and had no concern that I would have any trouble with them at all, which I didn't. So nice to have a real locksmith make these and not some guy at a big box store... read more

On time, friendly and got the job done within an hour. The price was fair. I look forward to working with them again soon.

Called H Perron around Wednesday this week and they were flexible with scheduling, so we were able to have work done on Friday. Jay came on time and helped map out our new lock system. We own a duplex and rent out one side, so they were able to do separate keys for both units, with a master key that works on all of them. I was able to call Jay after he left with followup questions about which keys went where and he was quick to respond and very helpful. The price was very reasonable especially considering some locks needed to be full out replaced and others just the inside. All in all, it was 5 doors between the two units that got redone for about a hundred less than I was expecting based on quotes from other companies. read more

Very professional service. We've used them twice since we moved into town. The first time, we had a lock just stop working. Upon examination, Tim said that it had been installed upside down. He charged us a reduced price to flip the lock over and reset it. Recently we had them come in and change all the locks over to a common key. They did great work, came when they said they would, finished quickly and all the locks work fine with the one key. I will be using them whenever I need a locksmith. read more

I can't say enough good things about Perron Locksmiths. My fiance and I just recently bought a house and wanted to make sure we got the locks switched (as others had told us to do). Sadly we waited to do this until close to closing! BUT H PERRON LOCKSMITHS TO THE RESCUE! They responded fast, had very competitive pricing, and were able to come by our new home at a time that worked for all of us. Once they were there, the whole thing was super fast and we had our new keys before we knew it. Definitely give them a try!! read more

I called today because I was having trouble installing a new keyed knob/deadbolt into my front door and realized (or thought) I didn't have the tools to finish the job. I also needed to leave home soon and couldn't leave until my door could be locked. I called and spoke to John B. He said they could have someone to my place in Medway in 30 minutes. However, after speaking with him for a few more minutes, he suggested some very simple techniques to do myself to get the job done without having someone come out. I was able to get the knob and deadbolt installed myself in an old door that has seen its share of hardware changes. This shows courtesy and professionalism to the highest degree, and I am very grateful to John for the service. I understand customer service in my line of work and for this alone, I will be recommending H. Perron to all my clients in need. Thanks, John. read more

Very happy with the service. My front door lock wouldn't lock properly. The wrong plates were put in the lock. He replaced the plates and also noticed that the dead bolt was not locking all the way and adjusted that as well. I was nervous about calling a locksmith as there are a lot of charlatans out there. This business was honest, fair and very professional. I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors and will not hesitate to call them again in the future. read more

Quick response time. They were out in a flash & got the job done right & for a reasonable price. What more could you ask for?

Thank God! An Honest, Friendly Locksmith in Framingham! Accidentally got locked out of the house. They came right over on a Saturday. Picked the lock instead of drilling it and I was in my house in a couple of minutes. There rates are reasonable. So many of the "locksmiths" these days just destroy the lock to get you in...I could do that myself! Definitely a great company to use. I think that the Son is taking over from his father. You can tell that his father taught him well about locks and about customer service. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do, it is good to know that they are around. read more

For anyone who has bought a house, you know how stressful and fast-paced the experience could be. We had just closed on our house and needed the locks changed ASAP. We called Perron hoping to set up an appointment soon, and they were able to send someone over within 48 hours. They changed four locks and provided us with several copies of our new house key -- completed in under two hours. The service person was friendly and left their work areas clean. We couldn't have asked for an easier experience and we would work with Perron again. read more

My wife and I recently moved to the area, and we called H Perron to get our locks replaced. I have never been so delighted! I called this morning to see if they could take a look at a broken lock on one of my store's Metro gates in the Natick Mall. I was assured they would take care of it and boy....THEY DID! I was amazed how quickly they responded (within the hour) and how professional and courteous they were. I can see why they are rated so highly and why they have been in business for so many years. Do not hesitate to call them - courteous, professional, responsive, and affordable. read more

These people saved me! The door between my house and my garage got stuck shut due to doorknob failure. I called and got a very personable man who sent someone over right away. Dan was the person who saved my door and replaced my doorknob. He was very friendly and polite, worked to finally open my door (not an easy job since the knob had failed and the latch was stuck in the closed position), and then gave me options for what I could do to repair the door. I chose to have him put on a whole new knob and lock. He was quick and professional and I couldn't have asked for a nicer person to do the work! I would highly recommend H Perron Locksmiths to anyone in need of their services! read more

I had been turned down by another locksmith that said that they don't repair sliding door locks. I was happy to find H Perron Locksmiths who said yes, we can help you. The guy that they sent out was fantastic. He was clearly knowledgeable about sling glass door lock mechanisms. As luck would have it he had the replacement part on hand. He replaced the broken lock mechanism fairly quickly. He even to the time to tweak the locking of the door so that it was perfect. I would highly recommend H Perron Locksmiths to anyone needing locksmith services. read more

This company is awesome! Beware of others who will scam you. I have used the services of H. Perron for many years and they are always fantastic to work with. There are plenty of companies that will scam people by giving a 'to good to be true' quote over the phone and charge more when they get there and use inferior hardware. H. Perron is a trustworthy company with very reasonable pricing and quality equipment. read more

Very professional service! My wife and I just moved to Framingham and we didn't have keys for our back door or door to our garage. I spoke with them in person and they said that they could change the chambers in the locks and give us a matching key for both. I dropped off the locks in the morning expecting to pick them up later that afternoon. I received a call an hour later and they were finished! The gentleman on the phone even apologized for not completing the job sooner. I am very happy with the service (and the price) of this locksmith. Other locksmiths in the area gave me quotes 3 times greater. Definitely would recommend them! read more
