Ekeys4Cars - Key Fob for GMC Terrain - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me - North Andover, Massachusetts

Great service!! I'll recommend to all my friends!! Fast and friendly and you can't beat the pricing. Thank you!

I called Ekeys4Cars because I thought that the back up key fob I had for my 2019 Honda Ridgeline had to be programmed. I called around and got estimates from $180 to $140 to do that. I called Ekeys because they had an office. I called them and got a $100 estimate. I drove right over there and it turned out that my back fob had no battery in it. They could have taken me for a ride. They charged me $10 for a battery and making a minor adjustment to the key fob I had been using. You don't ordinarily find that kind of service and honesty. I expressed my thanks to them and gave them $20. I was very grateful. It kind of made my day. I have been shoveling snow for 2 days straight and still haven't got all the walks cleared. Please consider giving the guys at Ekeys4Cars your business. And tell them Mike says "thanks"! Mike Bresnahan read more

Had to get a new key fob for a 2013 Honda CRV. Had only the valet key left. Dealership was going to cost about $300. A Local locksmith was going to be even more @$325 (They do not allow customers to buy they own fob to be cut and programmed.) Called my usual garage (in Stratham N.H.) who said they couldn't do it themselves and recommended Ekeys4cars. Called them up. $140 for new fob, laser-cutting and programming. No appointment needed. No need to wait to order keys as they had it in stock. Drove down same day, 20 min wait later - brand new working key fob in hand! Outstanding! Will be bringing in my Odyssey next. If people knew this place existed, no one would ever bring their car to the dealership for keys again! read more

GREAT local business! I stopped in to get a key fixed/new battery for a rather old key. They were SUPER friendly and within 3 minutes, they had replaced the battery, tested it out, and put the thing back together. When I tried to pay, they refused money. Who does this these days?? Needless to say, I walked out with a working key, and a smile. GREATLY appreciate the service and the kindness. THANK YOU! read more

Like the old saying, "save the best for last", these guys are the best. Needed to replace my key fob and not only were they the cheapest, they were also the only ones that could do same day service on a Saturday without an appointment or a service call on the road. Not only were they able to cut the new key, they replaced the fob and programmed it in no time. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! How can you beat that?! From now on, any car key issues I have this is the place to go to! Thank you! I just wish I got the technicians name. read more

My very old fob stopped working and they fixed it, gave me a new case and got it working for next to nothing. They were more than helpful ! When we decided to try to disarm the alarm to prevent future problems they spent close to an hour working on it and when they couldn't do it did not charge us because they said they didn't solve our problem. I would Highly recommend them for any key and fob problems and will never go anywhere else. read more

It takes a lot nowadays to get me to log into my Yelp account and write a review. Ekeys4cars deserves the effort. I recently had to buy a "new to me" car after my vehicle was declared a total loss by my insurance company. The new car somehow did not come with the remote fob to lock and unlock the doors (how very '80s!). I knew the car had originally come with them as the original owner left the original window sticker in the glovebox. I searched fobs on the web and there were options from $10-$156 but the auto advisor from the bank who worked my car deal was all against them. Apparently they can cause glitches in the cars security system which can disable the vehicle. He was adamant the only way to go was through a dealer. Called the nearest Toyota dealership and was quoted $113 for each fob, $125 for labor to program it and an hour and a half to do it. The dealership I purchased the car from quote me $200. I called EKeys4Cars and they said come on down. When I asked how much they replied "$85". I went down yesterday. They guys were super nice, friendly and FAST! I walked in at 3:58PM and walked out before 4:10PM. So much for an hour and a half at Toyota. Seriously, I am really picky and cranky but these guys were top notch enough to make me sit down at my desk, find my Yelp password (!) and log in just to write this review. read more

I lost my only set of car keys while on vacation. I had no way to get my car from park and ride. Took a Lyft home and the next day called the dealership. They told me I would need to have the vehicle towed to them, there would be a fee to make the key, another fee to program the keys and it would take 2-3 days! I called E-Keys for cars in North Andover. They came the same day, met me where my car was parked, and had the key done when I arrived!! Now, that it really coming through. Josh was so nice. He really saved me. read more

Called EKeys late at night. They came and had new keys for me within 15 minutes. My EKeys4Cars rep Brian Cabral was highly effective, professional and friendly! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs new keys! Don't even think about going to a dealership! read more

THIS is the place to go for your car key needs! I drive a Dodge Caravan with a key that looks like you're inserting a plastic covered USB port into your ignition. The plastic at the top of my key, which is on the emergency key, broke and the fob could no longer be attached to my key ring. I was told to call the dealership. I explained the problem. They explained - $180 for the part, $60 to program the key. Even though that part of the key was fine. A friend recommended EKeys. I called and the woman who answered the phone said "Sure, we could do that. Come on in." The moment I showed the key to them they said, "Oh, no problem. $10." I laughed out loud. $10 and less than ten minutes later. I was done. Not only that, but after the first key was made the technician didn't like how it was fitting in the fob (wasn't tight enough) so he made ANOTHER one, no charge of course. I canceled my appointment with the dealer. read more

Extremely professional and fast service. We had accidentally locked the keys inside my vehicle, and Josh was here within an hour. He had a key made in less than 5 minutes. We were also impressed that he wore a mask at all times. We couldn't be happier with the service we received, and will be recommending this company to friends and family. read more

Friendly and fast service. Breaking a car key is such an inconvenience. I came into Ekeys4Cars and walked out with a brand new key in less than 15 minutes. It couldn't have been easier! First of all, this business has moved from Windham, NH in December of 2013 and is now in North Andover, MA. Yelp needs to update their address as 8 Marblehead St North Andover, MA 01845. I needed a non-transponder key made for a car I just purchased, but lost the key for. I had little to go on, but Jim is a true professional and was able to work with what I had in a timely manner to create a key that looked and worked better than the key I lost. I choose to wait for the key and I am glad I did as Jim was able to replace my key in about a half hour. This included the wait time of others that were in line ahead of me and his prices are lower than other locksmiths I received quotes from. A busy locksmith may be an inconvenience to some, but I believe it shows a true professional is highly valued in the community he serves. I will definitely go back for all my locksmith needs. read more

This is how all businesses should operate. Don't have your car towed to the dealer, like I thought I had to do. Ekeys comes to your house and programs new keys on-site. Josh, our technician was great and had a new key made for me in under 10 minutes. He was at my house at 9:20 am the day after a blizzard here in North Andover. Price is great, service is great. I actually went into the shop later to get an EXTRA extra key and the owner Jim showed me all of the racks and racks of key fobs in the back. It is truly impressive and they know their stuff. I expected a lot after so many 5 star reviews, and Ekeys sure delivered! It takes quite a bit to get me to log into Yelp and write a review, but they deserve it. I lost my car keys and didn't have a spare. Since my wife was out of town I couldn't use my only transportation. I called Ekeys and not only did they send someone from North Andover MA all the way to my town near Manchester NH, but they really shined. The person who showed up (quickly), Brian, couldn't get the service van up my steep, plowed-but-still-snowy driveway. Like a real champ he offered to hike up on foot - a long and steep walk up a snowy incline! And that he did. He came up, got the key made, the fob programmed, and everything all set very quickly. The price was far lower than the dealership would have cost, not to mention no towing or other annoying BS involved. Kudos to Brian! Ekeys will definitely be my go-to place for any car key needs in the future! They sure go the extra mile in terms of customer service. read more
