I called Ekeys because they had an office. I called them and got a $100 estimate. I drove right over there and it turned out that my back fob had no battery in it. They could have taken me for a ride. They charged me $10 for a battery and making a minor adjustment to the key fob I had been using. You don't ordinarily find that kind of service and honesty. I expressed my thanks to them and gave them $20. I was very grateful. It kind of made my day. I have been shoveling snow for 2 days straight and still haven't got all the walks cleared. He quickly diagnosed the problem, called his supplier for the part and said he could be back to the next day to do the install. He said he would call with an ETA, which he did (it's amazing how often contractors SAY they will do something and don't), arrived right on time and quickly made the fix, with a really nice attention to detail to make sure everything was perfect.
