Pat's is excellent...PAT himself has taken care of me twice recently. BOTH times he fixed my problem, made me new keys that WORKED, and his fee was reasonable. Pat also has an interesting personality, which initially I wasn't sure of, BUT ultimately he was funny and I enjoyed him. GO TO PAT's!! read more

Lost 1 out of the 2 keys I had, so needed another copy. It was an unusual key that hardware stores and other locksmiths in the surrounding area were unable to duplicate. Brought the one I still had here and got a copy in under a minute. Worked on the lock, good price, and friendly service. Recommend for regular and unusual keys. read more

We had a great experience at Pat's today. My aunt had a problem with her transponder keys. We were able to get all of them working without coding and programming a new one. This helped her immensely as she is on a limited income. Pat was very helpful and patient in getting the problem resolved. I highly recommend Pat's Key n Lock if you're needing anything lock related be at your home business or auto. Thanks again. read more

I went there to have a lock removed from my trailer hitch that I had left on over the winter and was stuck due to road salt etc. They couldn't have been nicer! Great customer service with a dose of humor too!! The cost was very reasonable for the time it took for the job. read more

Took a briefcase here for a lock repair. Though my guy in Boston is cheaper, oddly, Pat's was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful! Really fantastic spot! read more

I needed a key copied that the big box stores could not help me with (its a large key) to a front commercial business. The owner made me 5 keys in under 3 minutes. Decent fair prices. I will return and reccedmend. read more

Super helpful staff; can duplicate almost any key, good selection of locks and safes on the showroom floor

Pat and his staff fixed a lock issues fast. A year later still no problems.

My wife hired Pat's to fix one of our door knobs and repair a door latch. He also went around and banged in all of the pins in our door hinges, after noticing they were sticking out due to our house settling over the years. Pat, the owner, was present with his nephew Jake who is his apprentice. Pat was incredibly personable. It felt great to do business with a small, family-owned business who clearly takes such pride in their work and ensures their customers are happy. Without question, we recommend using Pat's Key N Lock for all of your door knob, latch, key and (N) lock needs. read more

I had never used Pat's Key N Lock before but contacted them based on the reviews I read. I thought I had to have locks replaced on six different doors in my house. "Terry" came in and told me that only some locks needed to be replaced while others just needed a cylinder change, which would save me some money. It did. In the end, I got four sets of keys for my family and Terry got the job done in less than an hour. He did a great job when he said he would do it, at a reasonable price, and in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend Terry and Pat's Key N Lock without hesitation. read more

These guys are very knowledgeable in the area of locks and safes. They secured my entire house and did so with attention to detail. All doors open and close smoothly. Once there was a delay due to an emergency call for a lock out and they kept me informed of that, which is unusual with many contractors (those simply do not call). Their price was competitive and they accept cards. You probably want to call instead of email. They respond faster to phone than emails. read more

Pats Key N Lock is our go to location for all our key and lock needs! They have helped us out so many times with lost keys, broken locks, standardizing keys and key copies! We have had many many keys copied there and every one works first time no problem! I can't say the same for some of the big box stores. Nothing worse than having to haul my butt back to Home Depot when a key won't work and I have done that more than I want to admit. We only use Pats now. They have a colorful and cool selection of key blanks and tons of other neat stuff. The kids love going there for keys. Their prices are competitive and the work is exceptional. Thanks guys!!! read more

Extremely thankful...not just for the solution to my key issue but also for the great customer service!! Walked in here by chance & left here in awe! I can't remember the last time someone made me feel at ease & provided great customer service at the same time. Kudos to you! read more

Amazing! Very kind, persistent and quick! Saved me a ton of money on my Toyota Corolla car key. Thank you!

So I went to Pat several months ago and asked if he could copy my apartment keys for me. It was an unusual key blank he said, he would see if he could order it. Fair enough, he said to call back within the week and he'd let me know if he could do it. The next week I called, I got the same response, "I'm still waiting, call back next week." After the third week I just asked if he could call me instead of me constantly calling him back. Pat said that he would call me back seven total times. I got zero calls back. Over two months later, I called quite annoyed and asked if he could get the blanks or not, just give me a straight answer Yes or No. No problem, he said, I will call you back by the end of the day. Still no call. Seriously, what is so difficult about calling someone back after saying you will SEVEN TIMES? FINALLY, after leaving a message with one of his other works explaining my situation, I get a TEXT MESSAGE about three hours later from some different number saying sorry, can't get the keys. ARE YOU SERIOUS? More than eight weeks later, and you send a text message? At the very least have the decency to call back AFTER YOU SAY YOU WILL. I would give him one star if I could, quite possibly the worst service I have ever received. Needless to say, STAY AWAY from Pats unless you like wasting your time. read more

Went to Pat's to get a Honda key copied. Went in expecting to just get the new key cut (which I got cut promptly with a really cool machine) and be on my way. When I went to start my car I ran into some issues. I was expecting to have to solve the problem on my own (since it was a cheap key I bought from Amazon), but no, Pat went out of his way to help me come up with a solution. Going back and forth between the shop and my car in the parking lot, Pat helped me take apart both keys and figure out the best way to get it to work. He fully explained everything and I learned a lot in the process. I will certainly be back for anything I might need in the future. read more
