My sales rep (Marc) came out to our home and measured everything and made some nice recommendations about Raynor products that would compliment our home. Working with Marc we chose the Rock Creeke doors. We also had an old door that came off the track and the Raynor service team came out and repaired that door at no cost, if we purchased new doors which we did. We ordered the doors in the winter and Raynor agreed to store them for us so we could hold off on the install until the Spring - they are so flexible when it comes to working with the needs of their customers. The speed and efficiency of the install team was top notch. They showed up 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled time and finished the install of two new doors and openers in about three hours. After the install they went over all the operation and answered all of our questions. There was no debris or even any dust left behind and they disposed of the old doors and hardware. I really love the Raynor belt driven openers and powder coated tracks. Everything is so smooth and quiet compared to my old set up. Raynor is highly recommended from me. John and Chris were pros throughout the install - they covered everything from A to Z.
