They not only fished great lengths of speaker wire over a ceiling without having to cut a single hole in anything, but programmed everything to work flawlessly. We've been enjoying that home theater ever since. They were so good, I hired them again to install a new flat panel and a Sonos Playbar in our master bedroom. This time a few things happened that I didn't expect. John reached out for feedback the day after the install and I let him know what I wasn't quite happy with (placement of the Playbar wasn't as ideal as I had wanted and removal of a cable I didn't expect them to remove). Maybe it was my fault for not supervising as closely as I should have, but no matter... John offered to have his guy back within a week to make it right.
